Abstract

With the advent of the era of automotive inventory, automotive enterprises urgently need digital transformation to open up new business areas. At present, the evaluation indicator system and quantitative judgment method based on the digital transformation maturity of the automotive industry have not yet been formed, and the digital transformation path of automotive enterprises is not yet clear. 汽车企业数字化转型成熟度评价研究:基于EWM、AHP、DEMATEL等方法
随着汽车库存时代的到来,汽车企业迫切需要数字化转型来开拓新的业务领域。目前,基于汽车行业数字化转型成熟度的评价指标体系和定量判断方法尚未形成,汽车企业数字化转型路径尚不清晰。首先,基于汽车行业的特点,建立了汽车行业成熟度评价的三级指标体系。其次,运用Kendall’s W和EWM确定主观评价矩阵,AHP和DEMATEL确定指标权重,Delphi和EWM确定综合评价指标得分,综合考虑各专家意见,构建综合评价模型。最后,将该模型应用于某合资汽车企业,根据该合资汽车企业数字化转型总体得分、指标得分以及指标之间的相关性,分析其数字化现状及原因,并提出相应的改进建议。本文构建的评价体系逻辑严谨,具有行业针对性,为汽车企业数字化转型的评估、诊断和路径规划提供了科学合理的参考框架。
