On the eve of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, the activities of the Armenian National Committees attracted the attention of the Armenian press of the Diaspora: e.g. the Armenian press of the countries of the Middle East, including the daily newspaper “Alik” published in the capital of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The daily regularly discusses the demands of Armenians around the world: numerous and diverse publications of the newspaper have a national-ideological orientation and are aimed at the legitimacy of the Armenian demands.\u0000The newspaper “Alik” is not limited to providing information about specific activities of the committee, so it often expresses its opinion and attitude towards the committee initiatives. “Alik” covers the activities of the committee with extensive and diverse publications, which is very important in terms of the unity and consolidation of all Armenians. The newspaper emphasizes the pan-Armenian structure of the Armenian National Committee and the importance of its activities in the fate of the Armenian people within the Armenia-Artsakh-Diaspora trinity, as well as in the discussion, recognition and approval of the Armenian Genocide.
Scientific Proceedings of the Vanadzor State University. Moreover, by means of intonation we can express joy, surprise, displeasure or even irritation and anger. During the process of foreign speech-perception (even in case of good knowledge of language), finer shades of meaning uttered with unfamiliar intonation means are lost on the listener. The significance of complete oral speech-meaning presupposes the combination of corresponding proper grammar and lexical structures. \u0000Two aspects should be distinguished in intonation. The first aspect can be called communicative, as through intonation we express complete and non-complete statements, find out whether the uttered statements contain questions or responses and so forth. The second aspect can be called emotional, as intonation contains certain emotional colouring which expresses the emotional state of the speaker, sometimes the speaker’s intention ( not always fully perceived by him) to influence the imagination and the feelings of the listener. \u0000The present research article provides overview of comparative analysis of intonation and structural-semantic characteristics of Disjunctive and Alternative questions in English and Armenian. The contrastive analysis of the intonation and structural-semantic characteristics of the above mentioned questions in English and Armenian, first of all, presupposes the corresponding choice of communicative types of speech which on their turn determine the choice of the similar speaking (speech) situations. \u0000As a result of the analysis of the intonation and structural-semantic characteristics of Disjunctive and Alternative questions in English and Armenian, certain basic similarities and divergences are revealed in contrasted languages.
Scientific Proceedings of the Vanadzor State University. The main purpose of the work is to highlight and analyze the educational process of young gymnasts as the completories of the interconnected complex. The main content of the educational process in the preparatory groups forms general, special physical and motor preparedness (SPP), which follows from the main problems of the students included in the preparatory groups. Thе experiments show that the physical exercises in the initial training groups must engage 40-50 % of each workout. The schedules of preparatory groups’ workout are presented in a schematic form. The explementary structures of workouts for preparatory 6- and 8-hour groups are presented. Thus, before planning the training process of young gymnasts, it is necessary to determine the goals of training and, in accordance with them, to study and improve the program material of gymnastic exercises. Young gymnasts need more time to get in shape, they have fewer competitions, and their competitions are more of an educational nature.\u0000Based on the analysis of literary sources and experience of advanced trainers-pedagogues, we suggest implementing 6 hours per week in the preparatory first year groups in sports schools, which is based on the motor needs and interests of 5 and 6 year-old boys and girls. The main research issues in the article are the opposition of the woman-creator of life and politics-slaughter of life in Tamar Hovhannisyan’s poetry and the face of time reflected in a poetic mirror. The political rotation of the Earth in the historicopolitical and historicopsychological poetry of Hovhannisyan penetrates into the heart of a woman, varying from a personal model of psychological perception of time to an impersonal model, from individual to the universal poetry. Tamar Hovhannisyan’s poetry is women’s poetry, which embodies and reflects the tremendous pain caused by a man, the invasion of death into the valley of life, the victory of the hell over the heaven. In her works, the political course of the Earth wails like a stretched nerve string, with variations in voice and style, with the harmony of emotions. Tamar Hovhannisyan’s poetry transforms into the poetic mirror of time, in which her portraits are displayed, refracted and reflected. This is a dramatic poetry of the conflict between a woman and politics, the painful opposition of the life-giving woman to life-destroying geopolitics.\u0000Tamar Hovhannisyan's poetry is exceptional and engrossing with its original art of creating images, a unique rhythm of lines and feminine depths of thoughts and feelings. It is also necessary to add the processes of transformation and globalization of ethno-cultural values in the current period, because they also play a major role in shaping the ethnic self-consciousness of the younger generation.\u0000The established realities necessarily predetermine a person’s self-consciousness and, shaped under their influence, realized by a person, and manifested in crisis and stressful situations in accordance with the characteristic individual reactions.\u0000The ethnic meaning emerges in the space of consciousness and self-consciousness, because in order to gain truth, a person does not directly refer to the objects of the ethnic world, but to their meanings, ideas about them. And in this situation, a person's cognitive ideas about the characteristics of his/her own group, as well as self-consciousness as a member based on his/her ethnodifferentiating characteristics and affective experiences, are very important. These ideas include a person’s sense of belonging to the group, an assessment of his or her personal qualities, and an attitude toward membership, all of which are used to determine the types of behavioral responses to a crisis under changing conditions. Currently, the study of ethnic self-consciousness conceals new possibilities for explaining the objectively existing relationship of the individual with the outside world. After all, it is the ethnicity that in the conditions of the current crisis is recognized by the scientists as a historically relevant “reference point” of human behavior, while ethnology is perecived as a basic science in the methodology of analysis and forecasting of this behavior. It must be acknowledged that the time has come for a global reevaluation of this complex psychological phenomenon regarding the realization of the world’s true multi-ethnicity, the idea of forming a world community and planetary thinking. Under these circumstances, it is increasingly important to realize the ongoing changes in the ethnic self-consciousness of an individual in a multicultural world.
Scientific Proceedings of the Vanadzor State University. The specificity of the manifestation of aggression cause by trauma was studied as well. In the post-war period, the tendency of self-mutilation during aggression and self-aggression increases, because there are many not outlived emotions. For these emotions to find their way of manifestation, they somehow turn into anger and aggression and function as a defense mechanism. At the heart of personal transformations, according to most researchers, are changes in the semantic core of the personality that develop after an extreme situation.\u0000After returning to civilian life, combatants experience stress associated with difficulties in adapting to new conditions: they face misunderstanding, condemnation, difficulties in communication and professional self-determination. The primary stress received during the war is superimposed by the secondary one that arose after returning home, which becomes the internal basis of the psychological and social maladjustment of a person in society.\u0000Combat traumatic stress and its consequences are one of the main internal barriers to the social adaptation of combatants in civil society.\u0000Psychological trauma can have an impact throughout an individual’s whole life, and aggression is often used to get rid of the accumulated energy. The number of tourists is constantly increasing, according to the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), in 2022 their number will be more than 900 million people.\u0000Many countries owe their prosperity to the development of tourism. From this point of view, the Republic of Armenia is not an exception in the direction of tourism development, where the Lori region occupies a leading position. The development of mountain tourism in the Lori region will stimulate the tourism business of the Republic of Armenia.\u0000As we are informed from the statistical department of the Ministry of Trade and Economic Development of the Republic of Armenia, including the air cargo, each tourist who stays in the Republic of Armenia for seven days leaves Armenia for about 800 to 1000 US dollars. If we multiply this number by the number of 75,000 tourists, we get about $75 million. Assessing the impact of tourism on the country’s economy, it can be noted that the specific (unit) weight of tourism in Armenia’s GDP ranges from 6% to 8%. From this perspective, the share of Lori region tourism is quite large. \u0000Lori region can increase the growth of budget revenues from tourism. Expert studies prove that the revenues from tourism have tendency to increase by about 20% annually. However, the tourism sector of Lori region is facing serious problems. Special attention is paid to the solution of the problems in the development and implementation of tourism programs in Armenia planned by the state concept of tourism development. Today, some of the problems are being successfully solved, in particular, the acute transport problems have been solved, the situation in the hotel sector has improved. Khachikyan and J.-Y. Soucy turned to historical memory, which preserves the national consciousness and self-consciousness of the people, considering it as a living present, the spiritual potential of the people and continuity that stabilizes the ethnicity. Turning to the Armenia’s National Memory, the author pointed out Armenian history’s most important historic events, attempts and fights in resisting life's difficulties, heroic episodes, national spirit and dignity. In the novel, we studied the problems that the American-Armenian English-speaking writer faced with: unceasing efforts to preserve the national identity and the right to life for the Armenians of the whole world, the national liberation struggle, and heroic efforts of the native people.
