Research also aim to found the barriers or obstacles encountered academic adviser in providing academic guidance services. This research use quantitative approach with questionare of Academic Advisory Service, interview the students and Academic Advisory Service, observation, and documentary study. Sample in this research are students of Guidance and Counseling Program Study and lecture who have the task as Academic Advisory in Guidance and Counseling Program Study. This research found that the Academic Advisory has giving all indicator service based on Statuta of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University and Standar Operational Procedur Academic Advisory Service. Soul is one of the main theme in mataphysical philosophy that become into a long debate between scientists both Muslim and Western. When it viewed from western tradition of science, mind stands in the high level that become the only benchmark to elaborate the meaning of soul. Due to it`s appraoach through mind, so western scientists just can understand souls problem from the side of empirical ratio by elaborating common principals and psychological symtomps. Usually in the hypothetical conclusions from ones` or reseachers` expereinces. That is what make vary of pshycological flows come up in the western tradition of science, it is cannot be apart from the point of view of flows founder in understanding souls only through mind dan impricial expereinces. Fundamental differences in Islam is in the soul’s placement in the ontology domain that has a thigt relationship with the God as the creator. The mind existence is as a logic theorem for the God existence. The soul’s explanation become wider because the revelation talks about it. In Al-quran and prophet traditions, soul at first as seminal concept, then developed it`s definition among Muslim scientists, philosopher, and sufis. Different perspective in understanding the meaning of soul among Muslims is the focus in this paper. Differences that come up only at the level of epistemology which in principle remains the same meaning, namely to know the position of humans as a creature that has a close relationship with God as Creator. This study aims to: (1) describe anger, (2) describe aggressive behavior in adolescents, (3) examine how correlated anger and aggressive behavior in adolescents. This research uses quantitative method of correlational descriptive type. The population of the study were all students of MTsS Lab.IKIP Al Washliyah Medan which amounted to 409 people, a sample of 203 people, selected by proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used the Likert scale model to measure anger correlation with aggressive behavior in adolescents. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, correlation. using Pearson Correlation. The research findings show that: (1) angry picture is in moderate category, (2) description of aggressive behavior is in medium category, (3) angry relationship with aggressive behavior in adolescent correlation of 0.229 and significance level 0,001. The subject of this study students 'high school science class XI Pekanbaru District 12 and the object of this study is the influence of active service following the guidance of a group of XI grade students' self confidence Natural Science State Senior High School 12 Pekanbaru. The study population was a class XI science students who had attended group counseling services, amounting to 40 people. Given the population is so large, the writer uses Total Sampling. Techniques used to collect data a questionnaire prepared following the Likert scale. Once the data is collected and then analyzed by Product Moment correlation with the formula. Based on the data analysis can be concluded that (1) active service following the guidance of the class XI science students State Senior High School 12 Pekanbaru is located in the category of being which is equal to 76 316%. (2) confidence class XI science students State Senior High School 12 Pekanbaru is located in the category of 67.5%. (3) Based on the obtained correlation test correlation coefficient of 0703. The results of these correlation coefficients indicate that there are significant effect between self-esteem class XI science student State Senior High School 12 Pekanbaru. Effect of active service following the guidance of the group of XI grade students' self confidence Natural Science State Senior High School 12 Pekanbaru obtained from the coefficient of determination was 49%. As students move from elementary school to junior high school they find it difficult to adapt. Data on student conformity is obtained through observation and interview.This study aims to describe students' self-adjustment in school. The sample in this study amounted to 210 students. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The results of this study indicate that students' self adjustment is generally categorized as good. In the world of education, cultural diversity is not always good for students' academic social development. Negative manifestations such a phenomena culture shock, destructed communications, or extra intra-psychic conflicts among students. As an integral part of the education, guidance and counseling has a vital role in developing a counseling model in accordance with that diversity. The method used is research and development. The research sample is determined through the proportional sampling. Results showed that multicultural counseling model effective in addressing the academic and social student Islamic colleges, which is indicated by the results of statistical tests, analysis of counseling journal, anecdotal records, and observation of the behavior of the counselee. Recommendations intended for counseling practitioners in PTAI that helped develop and refine the model in accordance with the needs analysis in the local cultural context; for further research to develop methods, designs, as well as the coverage areas of research.
