The results showed the technique of empty and effective self talk technique to improve interpersonal communication skills of students with different level of kefeektifan guidance group of self talk technique is higher than the technique of empty chair. 摘要

本研究旨在检验空椅技巧与自言自语技巧指导小组对提高三宝园中学学生人际沟通技巧的影响。研究方法采用实验法,随机设计前测后测控制组设计,涉及研究对象多达20人,经提议从82名学生中选出。结果表明,空有效的自我对话技巧对不同水平克非提芬学生人际交往能力的提高效果明显优于空椅子技巧。空椅技术小组和自言自语技术的指导对提高SMK马塔兰三宝郎学生的人际沟通能力是有效的。
