In the recurrent neural network, neurons can not only receive information from other neurons, but also receive information from themselves, forming a network structure with loops. This paper uses recurrent neural network to study the course personalized evaluation model based on intelligent optimization algorithm, and creates a set of effective evaluation modules in the course, which is conducive to the effective monitoring and quality management of the course, so as to improve the teaching quality. And it describes in detail the CNN (convolutional neural network) structure and (recurrent neural network) structure commonly used in current mainstream sentiment analysis algorithms. In the algorithm, the Bi-LSTM (long short-term memory network) structure is selected as the basic network. After innovation and improvement, it is tested for the specific data set in this paper. Based on the relationship model of industrial structures, the coupling measurement system of tourism public services including five levels and 17 specific indexes is constructed. Taking the central province- Hubei as a sample, this paper evaluates the supply and demand level of tourism public service from 2010 to 2019 .The research results show that in the past ten years, the comprehensive development level of the tourism supply and demand in Hubei Province continues to rise, but the tourism demand lags behind and the development of the tourism supply. The supply and demand system of tourism public service are in the primary coordination state, but the mutual promotion role of the two still needs to be strengthened. [Method]Shennongjia tourism prospect prediction model is established, through grey correlation model GM (1,1) and time-series method, using a computer simulation program for the actual model of operation, Shennongjia tourism prospects are predicted and prediction models are verified. [Result]Total reception numbers of Shennongjia from 2014 to 2021 posterior difference ratio C=0.129<0.35,small error probability P=1>0.95, total tourism income of Shennongjia from 2014-2021 posterior difference ratio C=0.1<0.35,small error probability P=1>0.95.[Conclusion]According to the reference table of the model accuracy test grade, the model accuracy grade is 1 (good), which can be used for prediction. At the same time, it is predicted that the total tourism income of Shennongjia will exceed 10 billion yuan for the first time by 2025.This is according with the goal that Shennongjia government strive to achieve in 2025.
