Research on the Supply and Demand Level of Tourism Public Service in Hubei Province Based on the Coupling Degree Model

Abstract

The quality of tourism public services is an important embodiment of the development of the regional tourism. Based on the relationship model of industrial structures, the coupling measurement system of tourism public services including five levels and 17 specific indexes is constructed. Taking the central province- Hubei as a sample, this paper evaluates the supply and demand level of tourism public service from 2010 to 2019 .The research results show that in the past ten years, the comprehensive development level of the tourism supply and demand in Hubei Province continues to rise, but the tourism demand lags behind and the development of the tourism supply. The supply and demand system of tourism public service are in the primary coordination state, but the mutual promotion role of the two still needs to be strengthened. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions to further optimize the supply level of tourism public service are put forward, like strengthening the infrastructure construction and building an intelligent tourism public service system.
