With the support of big data platform, in order to improve the ability of ecological civilization education to serve the economy and society, this paper uses GEP accounting method to build the performance evaluation index of ecosystem assessment, and explores the research content of ecological civilization education in universities, with a view to cultivating \"five in one\" ecological talents for China. This paper proposes a trust management mechanism for IoT devices based on blockchain. The information of each node is stored through the blockchain, and the Internet of Things equipment receiving communication messages grants different permissions by querying the reputation level of relevant nodes through the blockchain. The reputation level of nodes is calculated by historical behavior. Due to the limited storage capacity of some IoT devices, this paper proposes a special node, namely the cluster head, for storage and trust management. At the same time, the security of the proposed trust mechanism is evaluated, and the results show that the management mechanism can protect the secure communication of IoT devices more effective. As a result, a waste recycling platform based on Internet technology is required. The overall framework design and functional module design of the platform are investigated in this paper. The overall framework uses a B/S structure, which reduces the system's communication overhead and allows it to take full advantage of the advantages of both hardware environments. The vehicle monitoring module makes use of Beidou positioning to provide hardware services, and the SDK provided by Baidu Map to achieve real-time monitoring; the statistics module makes use of visualization technology, making it easy for managers to check operation details. The path planning module employs genetic algorithms to determine the shortest path. However, how to analyze the change of China's foreign trade by the proportion of high-tech products in foreign trade needs to be further studied. In this paper, through the method of establishing mathematical models, we understand the evolution characteristics of global high-tech industry through the evolution of global high-tech product spatial structure in each period, compare the product space of different regions with the global product spatial structure, analyze the position of each country and region in the global market, and explore the direction and path of high-tech product development and upgrading. Firstly, this paper studies several countries with the highest density of high-tech export products in the world from 2000 to 2016, and obtains the spatial evolution trend of high-tech product density. Then, the regional differences of high-tech product density are analyzed, and it is found that the changing trend of import and export product density in each continent is exactly internally consistent with the change of the number of imported and exported high-tech products with comparative advantages. Finally, the time-series evolution of high-tech product density in China is presented in detail. By designing the basis for judgment of cloudlet overload and task migration strategy, a dataset that can be used to predict the load of cloudlet using supervised learning strategy is generated. Then a deep learning-based cloudlet load prediction model is designed and trained to predict whether the cloudlet will be overloaded by describing a series of parameters such as the arrival of user requests, the required network bandwidth, and computing resources.
