Research on the Conduction Effect of New Energy Enterprise Governance Structure on Financial Performance Based on Multiple Regression Analysis

Abstract

This paper explores how to improve the financial performance of new energy enterprises from the perspective of enterprise governance structure, analyzes the relationship between ownership structure, the introduction of institutional investors, board structure, management incentives and financial performance in enterprise governance structure, makes research assumptions and constructs mathematical models. Based on the financial data of new energy listed enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges from 2016 to 2020, SPASS and STATA software were used for statistical analysis, draws research conclusions.
