The films were obtained on standard Si(111) silicon substrates without and with a ~20 nm aluminum (homobuffer) layer preliminarily grown on their surface at 400°C. The interdependence of the morphology, microstructure, and hardness of Al films on the state of the substrate surface was studied by the HRXRR, XRD, SEM, EDS, AFM, and Nano Indenter (ASTM) methods. The distribution of inorganic materials (Na, Si, Ca, etc.) was measured with the help of X-ray fluorescence imaging and microanalysis workstations at ELETTRA synchrotron (Italy). Methods of infrared Raman spectromicroscopy were applied for the identification of organic compounds (lipids, amides, and polysaccharides). All experiments were carried out with unstained paraffin-embedded histological sections. Directional couplers are two closely spaced waveguides, were made of silicon nitride. The subject of the study was the splitting ratio of directional couplers at a wavelength of 914 nm at room (300 K) and helium (3 K) temperatures. On the basis of experimental data, the coupling length at which all the power from one waveguide passes into another was extracted, and the refractive indices of silicon nitride at room (300 K) and helium temperatures (3 K) were found. Distilled water and sodium chloride aqueous solution were used in the experiments. Using a high-speed amplitude amplifier with a monitor output, the discharge current and voltage waveforms were obtained for four experiments: a spark discharge, a spark discharge with a drop of distilled water, a spark discharge with a drop of sodium chloride aqueous solution and a spark discharge with a multi-pointed anode structure and a drop of distilled water. A method is proposed for estimating the ratio of partial pressures of the components of a gas mixture, which makes it possible to simplify the process of developing a multiband excilamp with the desired power ratio of the emission bands. It is shown that the optimization of a multiband excilamp on a mixture of one noble gas with several halogen carriers can be reduced to the problem of optimizing an excilamp on a two-component mixture. The experiments are performed in the plasma source, which has the geometry of a Hall thruster. The integrated characteristics of the discharge, as well as the axial distribution of the probe ion current in the channel of the plasma source, are measured using three diagrams of the organization of the external discharge circuit: with the open for DC discharge circuit, as well as in the combination of a capacitive discharge with a direct current discharge. The main measurements are made in the argon in the flowrate range of 0.75 - 1.8 mg/s and the power of the generator 80 - 300 W at a frequencies of 2, 4 and 13.56 MHz, the induction of the magnetic field lying in the range of 100 - 300 G. The problems associated with the design and positioning of the amplifier, that restrict the functionality and sensitivity of the ultra-low temperature detector, are considered. For the first time, a method for connecting a SQUID amplifier to an RFTES bolometer using the principle of partial loads of a resonator has been proposed and analyzed. The result is achieved by combining homodyne demodulation methods with a tandem low-coherence interferometer.
