Resonant tunneling occurs at frequencies at which the resonance conditions for the corresponding structures of open resonators are met. In order to significantly increase the accuracy of the experiment, a second neutrino laboratory is created at the SM-3 reactor (Dimitrovgrad, Russia) and a new neutrino detector is developed. The scintillation-type detector consists of 4 modules having a multi-sectional structure with a horizontal arrangement of 100 sections with PMTs located on both sides of the section. Электрический заряд плазмоида обнаружен нами ранее с помощью плазменного зонда. Здесь измерительная аппаратура была усовершенствована, что позволило учесть влияние тока смещения. Измеренный заряд отрицательного плазмоида составлял около -35 nC. Установлено, что плазмоид получает заряд во время протекания тока разряда. После выключения тока заряд не стекает на электроды, предположительно из-за быстрого уменьшения концентрации заряженных частиц и уменьшения проводимости плазмы между плазмоидом и электродами. Показано, что электрический заряд является свойством плазмоида, как это ранее и полагали в отношении шаровой молнии. The mathematical model of the method was developed on the basis of the regularities of thermal desorption spectrometry, as well as the regularities of surface ionization of molecules of organic substances under non-stationary conditions. The spectrometer consists of a surface ionization detector and an evaporator of substances heated in a thermally programmed mode. The adjustment and selection of the operating mode of the spectrometer were carried out on the basis of the mathematical model of the method. The analytical capabilities of the spectrometer were studied by comparing the thermodesorption spectra of a mixture of chromatographically pure cannabinoids and an extract of the biological fluids of a marijuana user (blood, urine), as well as the spectra of chromatographically pure morphine and urine extracts of a heroin user. Cells of square cross-section with longitudinal anisotropy of the active layer are considered. Based on the Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert vector equation, a mathematical model for controlling the process of writing zero and one into a cell is constructed. In the approximation of a uniform distribution of magnetization, a system of equations is derived that describes the dynamics of magnetization under the action of a magnetic field and spin current. The parameters of the qualitatively equivalent dynamics of the model are determined. It has been established that at zero currents and fields in both cases there are two main stable equilibrium positions. These equilibria, depending on the mutual orientation of the magnetization vector of the active and reference layers, correspond to zero and one, written in the cell. The transition from one cell state to another is described by solving a system of differential equations. A bifurcation diagram of a dynamical system in the variables "field-current" is constructed. It is shown that with a given configuration of the memory element, external influences transfer the magnetization to an intermediate state in the plane of the free layer, which, when the current and field are turned off, leads to writing zero or one to the memory cell. The critical switching current is estimated as a function of the applied external magnetic field. It has been found a significant decrease in the spall strength when the polycarbonate reached the glass transition temperature. The strain rates in the plastic compression wave are determined depending on the maximum stress under single and stepwise shock compression. The dependences of the shock wave velocity Us --- mass velocity up in the range of maximum shock compression stresses up to 0.8 GPa at different temperatures are constructed. It has been found that the time of loss of laser performance (downtime) under pulsed irradiation increases with an increase in the absorbed dose rate of radiation and a decrease in the laser pump power and reaches values of ~1 ms. An analysis of the experimental results shows that the laser response to the action of X-rays pulse is determined by radiation-induced losses in the active fiber core. One of the key tasks to be solved before they are used in practice is to obtain stable thin PNC films whose luminescence wavelength could be finely tuned. The chemical composition of CsPbX3 PNCs is the main parameter determining their band gap width and, hence, the position of their photoluminescence maximum. Variation of the PNC composition in the course of their synthesis or postsynthetic treatment in solution makes it possible to obtain CsPbBr(3–x)Ix and CsPbBr(3–y)Cly materials emitting in the entire visible spectral range. In addition, these PNCs are more structurally stable than CsPbCl3 and CsPbI3 ones. However, most exchange reactions in solution reported in published studies are spontaneous and poorly controllable. In this study, the anion exchange reaction is proposed to be carried out directly on the formed thin film of CsPbBr3 incorporated in the matrix of a copolymer of methyl and lauryl methacrylates. The exchange reactions with octadecylammonium iodide and PbI2 leading to a shift of the photoluminescence maxima to longer wavelengths by 130 and 137 nm within 15 and 6 min, respectively. A new technique has been developed for conducting these studies, which takes into account all factors when constructing the trajectory of the maximum laser radiation in the cuvette, as well as outside it (up to the sensor of the photodiode line, on which the radiation is recorded). For the first time, an equation was derived to study the change in the nature of the propagation trajectory of the maximum of laser radiation in the Anderson cell, and beyond it, depending on its various parameters, the values of the refractive indices of the reference ns and the liquid medium under study, nm. The results of checking the reliability of the developed equation are presented. For the first time, a 12th degree polynomial was obtained for Anderson's differential cell with respect to the refractive index of the medium under study to obtain an analytical solution of the developed equation.
