Solar Photovoltaic (PV) modules are one of the most effective, sustainable, and eco-friendly systems in recent world. Different types of PV solar technologies like Mono crystalline silicon, poly crystalline silicon, amorphous silicon, thin film are the most popular technologies to produce electricity. Their module performance and efficiency depend on the electrical and environment parameters of the PV materials. This paper presents some theoretical evaluations for variation in the efficiency of energy for different types of photovoltaic (PV) module under changes of environmental parameters. A proper comparison is developed among the mono-crystalline, polycrystalline and amorphous material using the model parameters. This work also illustrates the variation of fill factor and efficiency of a specific photovoltaic module under real operating conditions. Multiple scheduling techniques are available that emphasizes on optimizing any one of the key system performance parameters. Among them the most potential algorithms are proportional fair (PF) and round robin (RR). PF optimizes UE throughput with a fairly high fairness index whereas RR provides the best fairness among the UEs but with a comparatively lower throughput. Moreover the scheduler performance is affected by the UE mobility and UE density. This can significantly degrade the overall system efficiency. Depending on the application, in some cases a robot may need to perform throwing action automatically. For an accurate throw, an unerring destination detection should be executed. In this paper, a method for determining the throwing destination of a robot is presented. Regarded that the robot works in an open terrain and is designed to consider any physical object found within a certain range around it as a potential target. A relative geometrical analysis between throwing arm's rotational axis position, sensor position and sensor data gave certain equations in different cases to directly determine the polar coordinates of the throwing location relative to the arm. This gives the flexibility of placing the sensor in any suitable place. To substantiate the obtained equations, a system for determining the throwing position was developed using the derived method with same preconditions. Decision making was executed in two stages. At first important features such as maximum, minimum, delta value, moment, kurtosis, skew, median, mean and standard deviation at different sub-bands are computed using the wavelet functions — Daubechies 8, Coiflet 6, Biorthogonal 4.4, Symlet 4. Finally, a learning-based algorithm like support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier is implemented for classifying letters. From the analysis, Daubechies 8 is found the most suitable candidate among the wavelet families in this proposed research for accurate recognition of different letters. So the focus of this work is to recognize different letters through SVM classifier. Although there are some significant amounts of ongoing researches on how an overall efficient BCI can be developed are going on, making a cost-efficient approach while dealing with limitless brain patterns is found to be more challenging. In this work, feasibility of a cheaper but appropriate way of extracting and discriminating of several non-invasive EEG signals and using those for controlling devices such as a wheel chair has been proved. To assist the argument of this project, numerous experimental data has been processed to produce several signals, such as, right turn, moving forward, stop etc. for the wheel chair. In the experiment the above mentioned three signals were well distinguished from each other. A microcontroller has been used for processing the signals collected from the brain and hence sending to the wheel chair controlling motors. Often due to the human perception, deciding whether a bowled delivery is a no-ball or legal ball which causes controversy. As only a single ball can change the fate of the game, so it is obvious to make accurate decision regarding no ball. In this paper, we have divided the bowling crease into two regions and applied image subtraction method on both regions to find the change in pixel values. Later, we have applied our proposed method on real world video frames. Slope and azimuth of placing solar panels affect absorption of solar irradiation by the panels and this has considerable impact on the amount of electricity being generated by a solar grid, the technical and financial aspects of the solar grid. Bangladesh is an Asian country having eight divisions. Due to varying geographical locations, the amount of solar radiation being incident on the divisions vary significantly. Thus, placing solar panels at the same slope and azimuth in all the divisions does not allow the panels to absorb maximum amount of solar radiation. This paper discusses about the design of 100kW grid connected solar photovoltaic system, performs technical analysis and demonstrates the optimum slope and azimuth of placing solar panels at different divisions of Bangladesh. This paper also represents financial analysis of the solar grid for all the divisions. The influences of polarization charges and quantum effects are incorporated into this model. The simulation model predicts the two-dimensional electrical characteristics (internal electric fields and distribution of charges in the channel) that are associated with specified physical structures and bias conditions through the proper material parameters, the polarization field and surface states. Corresponding analysis and discussion based on the simulation results are subsequently given. Being reversible, such schemes also allow user to restore the embedded image back to its original version, which is the key requirement of many applications like medical and military imaging. This paper presents a simplified data hiding scheme based on quadratic interpolation. Particularly, we apply quadratic interpolation in non-overlapping blocks of an input image. Instead of calculating multiple interpolated values considering neighborhood pixels in multiple directions, we simply consider only one (i.e., either horizontal, vertical or diagonal) direction for interpolation and correlate the interpolated values both with and without corresponding local mean. It is a complex disease in which the care for health is supposed to be a satisfactory daily prescribed diet and practicing regular habits, in addition to proper medication and treatment. Good diet and exercise habits, as well as continuous monitoring of blood pressure and sugar are all important for a diabetic patient in order to maintain his proper health. Although there are too many health care solutions exist in the market today, but none of them focus on providing a personalized health care management system for the patient. This proposed mobile application will take an effort to ensure a healthy balanced diet for the patients with the synchronization of balancing food energy. The system provides more facilities by giving the chance to set the medicine alarms, monitoring blood pressure and sugar levels in a chart. The system also provides more safety by making emergency calls and messages in real-time by utilizing GPS reporting technology considering the crucial moment of the patient.
