Saat ini pemerentah melalui visi Presiden Jokowi sedang mencanangkan program UMKM GO Digital. Rata-rata UMKM di Desa Trengguli Bangsri Jepara saat ini masih menggunakan cara-cara yang tradisonal dalam melakukan pemasaran, penjualan dan promosi sehingga hasil yang diperoleh kurang optimal. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka Tim Pengabdi memberikan pelatihan CRM E-Commerce untuk melatih softskill dan hardskill UMKM dalam mengembangkan inovasi digitalisasi UMKM sehingga mampu menguatkan pemasaran, penjualan dan promosi. Melalui pelatihan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) UMKM diharapkan mempunyai strategi bisnis dan pemasaran serta mampu menciptakan dan memelihara hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan dan mengurangi kemungkinan pelanggan pindah ke kompetitor lain serta meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Hasil dari pelatihan ini berupa peningkatan hardskill dan softskill UMKM dalam membuat fitur CRM untuk UMKM antara lain adalah mengelola data pelangan, promosi produk-produk data penjualan dan pengelolaan layanan pelanggan yang digunakan untuk menyimpan pertanyaan customer dan mengelola review produk dari pelanggan untuk menciptakan hubungan yang baik dengan customer. Dengan beberapa fitur CRM tersebut maka diharapkan akan terjadi peningkatan dan penguatan pemasaran UMKM di Desa Bangsi Jepara. Peningkatan nilai rata-rata kemampuan dan skill peserta dalam pelatihan ini mencapai 0.58 yang artinya adalah peningkatan yang bagus. Setiap peserta pelatihan mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan pengetahuan dan skill mereka dalam melakukan penjualan online.MSMEs are the backbone of the economy in Indonesia. Currently, the government, through President Jokowi's vision, is launching the MSMEs GO Digital program. The average, MSMEs in Trengguli Bangsri Jepara Village are currently still using traditional methods of marketing, selling and promotion so that the results not optimal. One of the innovations is through marketing technology using E-Commerce CRM model. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a marketing strategy to create and maintain good relationships with customers and reduce the possibility of customers moving to other competitors. MSMEs must implement a business strategy to improve service to customers in order to add new customers by providing different services to pamper their customers. The features of this CRM for MSMEs include managing customer data, promoting product sales data and managing customer service which is used to store customer inquiries and manage product reviews from customers to create good relationships with customers. The increase in the average value of the abilities and sklills of participant in this training reached 0.58 which means a good increase. Not all COVID-19 patients are reported to have severe symptoms. There are also patients who are asymptomatic or with mild symptoms who only need rest and self-isolation. Self-isolation is an attempt to separate a person confirmed COVID-19 with or without symptoms, from a healthy person which aim is to reduce the risk of transmission. Nutritional intake in patients with COVID-19 includes energy needs from macronutrient, micronutrients, fluids and electrolytes. A balanced diet can support a strong immune system and help fight viral infections. In this activity, the method used was whatsApp media or android /web-based applications. Patients are classified into 3 groups, namely asymptomatic groups or mild symptoms, without decreased oxygen saturation (green group), patients with moderate symptoms, oxygen saturation still above 95% (yellow group), patients with severe symptoms and saturation below 95% (red group). Virtual consultations are conducted with the aim of reminding a balanced nutrition intake in patients, guiding cough techniques and warning signs of COVID-19. Keterlambatan deteksi mengakibatkan isolasi dini tidak dapat dilakukan yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi terhadap penyebaran virus yang lebih luas. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan jumlah pemeriksaan molekuler COVID-19 secara merata untuk deteksi dini COVID-19 melalui �Mobile Combat PCR� yang dapat berkeliling ke daerah-daerah di Jawa Tengah dan memberikan hasil yang cepat. Tim Rumah Sakit Nasional Diponegoro/Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Diponegoro bertugas 6 kali di 5 Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Tengah. Tim pengabdian Mobile Combat PCR telah memeriksa 752 sampel yang terdiri dari 673 pelayan publik, 45 kontak erat, dan 34 suspek/pasien COVID-19. Tiga belas orang (1,9%) pelayan publik teridentifikasi positif SARS-CoV-2 meskipun tidak bergejala. Mereka langsung diminta untuk melakukan isolasi mandiri guna mencegah penyebaran lebih lanjut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat Mobile Combat PCR ini sangat berperan dalam menjangkau daerah yang tidak memiliki fasilitas pemeriksaan molekuler COVID-19, memberikan hasil pemeriksaan secara cepat, dan mendeteksi dini COVID-19 bahkan pada kasus tanpa gejala.Early detection is a crucial factor in addressing the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. Delays in detection might prevent early isolation from being done, which would have led to the virus's greater spread. The purpose of this community service was to increase the number of COVID-19 molecular tests equally across Central Java province using 'Mobile Combat PCR' which can travel to many areas across the province and provide fast results. The Diponegoro National Hospital/Diponegoro University Medical Faculty team has served 6 times in 5 districts/cities in Central Java. The Mobile Combat PCR service team has examined 752 samples originating from 673 public servants, 45 close contacts, and 34 COVID-19 suspects/patients. Thirteen people (1.9%) of the public servants were identified as positive for SARS-CoV-2 even though they were asymptomatic. They were immediately instructed to self-isolate to prevent further spread. Kampung Waiya salah satu kampung memiliki permasalahan akan kesejahteraan masyarakatnya, salah satu permasalahannya yaitu upaya dalam mensejahterakan yang belum begitu terarah, hal tersebut dikarenakan kurangnya sebuah informasi dan data mengenai kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelompokkan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat; dan apa strategi BUMKam dalam mengatasi permasalahan kesejahteraan di Kampung Waiya. Penelitian dilaksnakan mengguakan beberapa metode penelitian yaitu, studi lapangan; pelaksanaan penelitian; pengumpulan data; olah data; analisis dan hasil. dalam mendapatkan data dan informasi peneliti mengunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan kuisioner. Yang mana akan di olah menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, akar masalah dan analisis SWOT. Kampung Waiya setelah di identifikasi di kelompokkan dalam 4 tingkatan masyarakat sejahtera, pengelompokan masyarakat tersebut yaitu; (1) Pra-Sejahtera (sangat miskin) 3% ; (2) Sejahtera I (miskin) 15%; (3) Sejahtera II (rentan miskin) 23%; dan (4) Sejahtera III (Sejahtera) 53%. Strategi guna meminimalisir permasalahan kesejahteraan di Kampung Waiya, BUMKam menggunakan strategi agresif dengan cara pembukaan program/kegiatan dalam hal peningkatan pendapatan dan kualitas SDM yang mana telah mempertimbangkan potensi dan keunggulan dari Kampung Waiya dan strategi selanjutnya yaitu mempromosikan program/kegiatan yang telah di kembangkan BUMKam guna memberikan kesempatan bagi masyarakat kampung.Not yet prosperous, an inability of an individual/or group to fulfill the basic needs of their life, namely clothing, food and shelter. Waiya Village, one of the villages that has problems with community welfare, one of the problems is that efforts to prosper are so focused, this is due to the lack of information and data regarding community welfare. This research aims to determine the grouping of the level of community welfare; and what is the strategy of BUMKam in overcoming welfare problems in Waiya Villag. The research was carried out using several research methods, namely, field studies; research implementation; data collection; the data; analysis and results. in obtaining data and researchers using observation techniques, interviews, and questionnaires. Which will be processed using qualitative descriptive analysis, root causes and SWOT analysis. Kampung Waiya after being grouped into 4 levels of society, the community groupings are; (1) Pre-Prosperous (very poor) 3%; (2) Prosperous I (poor) 15%; (3) Prosperous II (prone to poverty) 23%; and (4) Prosperous III (Prosperous) 53%. Hasil pengabdian menunjukan bahwa UMKM Jasa Nursery dapat meyelesaikan permasalahan melalui etika bisnis Islam (unity, free will, equilibrium, responsibility dan ihsan).The purpose of this service is to help MSMEs improve the sustainable performance of a business, through strengthening the axioms of Islamic business ethics, namely unity, free will, equilibrium, responsibility and ihsan, at Nursery Companies in Semarang City. Therefore it is necessary to have knowledge of Islamic business ethics in service products. Online assistance in the form of a webinar series, the purpose of which is to provide assistance on how to manage a business during a pandemic while still paying attention to the principles of community welfare, especially health and safety. To increase people's knowledge and understanding of 'Islamic business ethics and service products' in improving welfare and the economy and provide learning media in diagnosing problems faced by business actors in the creative economy industry fostered in the field of 'Nursery Services' and assisting in solving problems faced. This was done considering the unstable condition of the Covid-19 victims who took 3 months in a period of trauma due to the disease caused by the Covid-19 Virus and the views of the community and the nuclear family environment who saw the victims of Covid-19 as a disgrace, especially until now. Through consultation and simulation methods, the service team will transfer knowledge and values to the victims of Covid-19 Adults and the Elderly with the help of media such as posters and materials in the form of power points. In this service activity, the team collaborates with partners, namely the Indonesian Multi Talenta Psychologist Foundation and the Bombana District Health Office. The service team will carry out Trauma Healing activities for Covid-19 victims through the Head of the Indonesian Multi Talented Psychologist Foundation and the Bombana District Health Office so that the role of partners starts from providing information to Covid-19 victims regarding this service activity. At the time of the activity later, partners also play a role in opening service activities and guiding discussion activities with participants. Therefore, the service team offers a solution in the form of making a digital-based ship rental application (website) and assistance in its use in the form of training. This website is useful not only to advertise community businesses but also Bokori island tourism. The website will be managed by an admin who is a representative of the Bajoe village community. The features contained in this application are Bokori Island Tourism info, crossing points, checking ship availability, boat rental, and ticket printing. The presence of this application is certainly very useful for tourists, especially those from outside Kendari, they can order tickets in advance of the time they want to visit Bokori island. Several things are done to optimize natural tourism villages, especially household products in Lubuk Beringin Village. The results of activities in supporting the development of tourism villages in Lubuk Beringin such as nature tourism, culinary tourism, herbal tourism, and also souvenir centers. The programs carried out recently are initiation programs so it is necessary to optimize every aspect of support so that the Lubuk Beringin tourism village program becomes a tourist attraction that is in demand by domestic and foreign tourists. The initiation programs that have been carried out in Lubuk Beringin are Human Resources Training in English Practise, Training Training, and direct practice of digital marketing Interpreuner Training (Training in making dishes and culinary). The potential of processed banana products has not been optimally absorbed because it is only produced based on the request of the packaging center without being able to independently expand the market. The purpose of community service is to increase knowledge and skills regarding the diversification of processed banana products so that people know how to modify the product so that it is more diverse, able to last a long time, and provides added value. Methods in implementing this community service program include socialization of activities; Problem mapping; Organizing training by involving residents who use processed bananas; and Community assistance in the form of making banana processed products. However, the implementation of this policy is still low because there are still several cases regarding violence and immoral acts against children. Macro-wise, this is also in line with the publication of the Child Protection Commission in 2020. There were 4734 cases of child complaints. This is because the implementation of the Child Protection Law Number 35 of 2014 is still lacking in terms of mentoring children. Therefore, a social institutional approach is needed to bridge between regulation and various child protection issues. This study focuses on using social groups in child protection in Maros. The method used is participatory discussion. The results of this service illustrate that, although the Maros Regional Government already has a tiered planning mechanism in the form of a Development Planning Deliberation starting from the village level as material for compiling a child protection program for Maros Regency as a whole. However, it seems less than optimal, because the government does not have sufficient ability to play its role as a catalyst for development.  For this reason, further efforts are needed to increase the use of social groups in child protection in Kabupaten Maros. The social group serves as a channel to solve various problems related to child protection in Maros County.
