Namun di beberapa tahun kebelakang ini produksi apel di Kota Batu semakin menurun. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pada luas lahan, tenaga kerja dan modal terhadap jumlah produksi apel yang ada pada Desa Tulungrejo Kota Batu. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif dengan data diambil dari sampel petani yang ada di Desa Tulungrejo sebanyak 79 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang disebarkan lalu untuk dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda yang dilakukan memakai SPSS 25 dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan uji regresi seperti uji f, uji t, dan koefisien determinan. Secara serempak seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap jumlah produksi apel dengan nilai Sig 0.000 < 0.05. The population in this study is the financial statements of food and beverage subsector companies listed on the IDX 2016-2019.The samples were determined using purposive sampling with a total sample size of 10 companies during a period of 5 years of observation so that the total sample was 50. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The data is processed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) software . To find out how the influence of service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at the Gramedia World Bookstore, Karawang. This study uses a quantitative method with a verification approach. The sample used in this study was 85 respondents. With the data analysis technique, the verification test was carried out with Path Analysis (path analysis) with partial hypothesis testing. The result of this research is that there is a strong and significant correlation between promotion and service quality of 0.664. The independent factor being studied is the Paylater Method (X) while the dependent factor is impulse buying (Y), and the selection of the discount factor is due to the easy payment using the Paylater method. Based on the results of the questionnaire which was processed using SPSS 23 with simple linear regression, it was found that the factors studied had an influence of 4,023. When a person's financial literacy is high, it is certain that the quality of life and welfare will also increase. This can happen because of the higher one's financial literacy, the better one's financial behavior. Students are the driving force of the nation's economy because students have the largest population, character, and literacy level. However, students are also faced with various very complex financial problems because some students still do not have their own source of income while the level of student needs is high. For this reason, students need to gain more knowledge about financial literacy through financial management learning models in their courses. This was done by the Hotel & Tourism Business study program at Ciputra University, Surabaya batch 2019 and 2020. However, in the process, it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of whether teaching changes the financial behavior of students. We used linear regression analysis to process the data in this study. Based on the description above, this study aims to find the effect of financial literacy on financial behavior with financial management teaching as a moderation. Kemudahan ini dapat memunculkan fenomena pembelian impulsif pada masyarakat apabila tidak dapat dikendalikan dengan baik. Tingginya motivasi belanja hedonis dapat menjadi salah satu faktor dalam pembelian impulsif, terutama pada kalangan remaja akhir. Sehingga penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan memiliki tujuan mencari pengaruh variabel motivasi belanja hedonis terhadap perilaku pembelian impulsif remaja akhir pada konsumen marketplace. Studi penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini melibatkan 400 partisipan dengan usia 18 hingga 21 tahun dan pernah membeli produk fashion pada marketplace. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi belanja hedonis memberikan pengaruh sebesar 41.9% terhadap variabel pembelian impulsif pada marketplace. The sample in this study as many as 86 employees with a sampling technique that is the probability sampling. In addition, the data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, simple linear analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, and t test using the SPSS version 26 application to process the data. Tax Avoidance in this study was measured using the cash effective tax rate (CETR) approach and leverage was measured using the debt to equity ratio (DER). Profitability as a moderating variable is measured using return on assets (ROA). The research sample uses food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used is a purposive sampling approach. The number of companies used in this study were 11 companies with a research period span of five years, so the number of samples used in this study was 55 samples. The model in this study uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study prove that the variables of capital intensity and sales growth have an effect on tax avoidance. On the other hand, leverage proxies with DER has no effect on tax avoidance. The results of this study can also prove that profitability is proxyed by return on assets to moderate the effect of leverage on tax avoidance. This study uses independent samples t-test to try to answer those questions, using risk aversion and locus of control as predictors of investment intention. Questionnaires were distributed to Universitas Ciputra’s students in management study program who have participated in investment webinars and therefore have knowledge about investment. 91 samples were collected using purposive sampling. The findings indicate that females are more risk averse and tend to have external LOC, therefore they are less likely to invest compared to males. Furthermore, risk aversion will be more dominant in males who have external LOC, while risk aversion will be very dominant for females who have internal LOC.
