The period used in this study is four quarters during 2019. The technique used in sampling is by using purposive sampling and obtained 32 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the stock price had a negative and significant effect on the bid-ask spread as indicated by the t-count value of -3.964077 > t-table 1.649 and the value of Prob. 0.001 < 0.05 . The stock trading volume variable partially has no effect on the bid-ask spread as indicated by the t-count value of 0.177347 < t Table 1.649 and the value of Prob. 0.8595 > 0.05. Then the stock return volatility variable has no effect on the bid-ask spread as indicated by the t arithmetic value of 0.634639 < t Table 1.649 and the value of Prob. 0.5268 > 0.05. However, these reading activities have much ignored by various circles, especially Indonesian citizens. In an era when technologies have not developed rapidly as today, people used physical books for reading. In practice, physical books are still the main choice, especially for Tangerang people. The reading interest of Tangerang people increased significantly since 2014 to 2019. However, a solution is required to develop literacy amidst modernity in responding to the development of an all-around technology era. E-book is the manifestation of the provision of profound knowledge through digital access with all its strengths and weaknesses. This study aims to identify which one that Tangerang people are more preferred; reading physical books or e-books.     This study used qualitative-descriptive method. The data sources used were the result of a 10-day online survey and literature study as the secondary data. Research results indicate that based on the categories of the easiness in obtaining reading materials, and price, e-books are more superior because they are easily obtained and affordable. However, the main thing that triggers consumer loyalty to Wardah is still dominated by halal labels. The number of new brands emerging and the decline in index value signifies that Wardah must increase customer loyalty. According to research, several factors influencing consumer loyalty are brand trust and product quality.  This study is a research with a quantitative approach, this study uses descriptive data analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis, with the number of samples used as many as 100 respondents, the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling.  This study indicates that based on the multiple linear regression analysis techniques, it is known that, partially, the brand trust variable (X1) does not affect the consumer loyalty variable (Y). With the same analysis technique, it is known that the product quality variable (X2) significantly influences consumer loyalty (Y). Kalbe Farma Tbk in the period 2018 - June 2021 based on analysis of financial statements using the financial ratio method. This research was conducted at the company PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. This research method uses quantitative desriptive. The data collection technique in this study is a documentation study. The type of data used by this study is qualitative data in the form of information about companies and quantitative data in the form of financial statements derived from the Indonesia stock exchange. As well as the data analysis technique used is financial ratio analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, the results of the liquidity ratio research in 2018 - June 2021 are good because the ratio results are above 100%. Solvency ratio is good because the ratio results below 100%. The activity ratio is still relatively good because it is above 1. This study aims to describe conflict within an organization, what factors cause conflict, approaches to conflict resolution, and the impact of conflict on organizational performance. The type of research used is a literature study. From the results of the research that the author did, namely (1) conflict can be interpreted with 3 meanings namely positive, neutral, and negative meanings, (2) the factors that cause conflict can come from external and internal factors of individual organizations. Internal factors can be personality differences, stress, decreased productivity and so on. While external factors can be in the form of communication problems, limited resources, sexual harassment, and so on, (3) the approach to dealing with conflict requires leadership skills. To assure the quality of the product, every employee should understand the knowledge about the standard operating procedure and quality assessment requirement, so the enterprise should manage and share knowledge with each employee in the organization. The best way to manage and share knowledge is knowledge sharing among employees, defined as knowledge sharing behavior. This research examines the role of extrinsic motivation dan intrinsic motivation to enhance employee’s knowledge sharing behavior (KSB). This empirical study aims to confirm and examine these types of motivation that influence KSB. Self-determined theory (SDT) and social exchange theory (SCT) are used to understand the role of motivation and organizational context that influence employee KSB. Research models are analyzed using structural equation modeling partial least square (SEM-PLS). This research was conducted at the Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of Kampung Sejahtera Mandiri, Teras Pancasila, Tangerang City, Banten. The sample used was taken by simple random sampling method as many as 100 consumers. Collecting data through field studies by distributing questionnaires to 100 consumers, as well as observations and interviews with SMEs in Kampung Sejahtera Mandiri Teras Pancasila, Tangerang City, Banten. Statistical data analysis used validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, coefficient of determination, t test (partial test), and F test (simultaneous test), with the SPSS 25 statistical tool. significant on the dependent variable with the results obtained that the value of tcount price is 2,602 > ttable 1.65 and probability 0.0011 < 0.05, t-count value for location is 2.111 > ttable 1.65 and probability 0.0037 < 0.05, t-count promotion value is 6.101 > ttable 1.65 and probability of 0.0000 < 0.05, and the value of t count service is 6.648 > t table 1.65 and probability 0.000 < 0.05. The F test shows that the independent variable simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable with the results obtained that the Fcount value is 128.419 > Ftable 3.87 and the probability value is 0.000 <0.05. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of go-food, grabfood and shopeefood applications in increasing consumer loyalty to restaurant business owners in the city of Tangerang. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and different tests that function to determine whether there are differences in consumer loyalty to restaurant business owners in the city of Tangerang after and before using the Go-food, Grabfood and Shopeefood applications.
