Semakin berkembangnya produk makanan impor dalam kemasan yang masuk ke negara Indonesia memberikan dampak terhadap keraguan masyarakat muslim atas halal atau tidaknya produk tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat keberpengaruhan labelisasi halal dan halal awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk makanan impor dalam kemasan. Metode penelitian memakai metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Sampel dari penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta yang pernah membeli produk makanan impor dalam kemasan. Dalam penelitian ini, 200 responden dipilih secara acak sebagai bagian dari metode sampling yang disebut \"purposive sampling\". Skala Likert 5 dipakai dalam metode pengukuran sampel. Analisis regresi linier berganda dipergunakan untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa labelisasi halal mempengaruhi signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, kemudian variabel halal awareness juga mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Uji t membuktikan variabel bebas baik secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tingkat kepercayaan terhadap variabel terikat dengan hasil yang diperoleh nilai t hitung kualitas pelayanan 10.952 lebih besar .( > ) ttabel 1,661 dan probabilitas .0000 lebih kecil (< ) 0.05, nilai t hitung kualitas produk 5.138 lebih besar .( > ) ttabel 1,661 dan . probabilitas 0000 lebih kecil (< ) 0.05 dan nilai t hitung kualitas pengiriman 2.996. lebih besar .( > ) ttabel 1,661 dan .probabilitas 0003 lebih kecil (< ) 0.05. The sample determination in this research is an employee of PT Gosyen Pacific Suksesmakmur itself who is still actively working by using the Sampling technique saturated with a total of 50 respondents, the method in data collection is carried out using questionnaires and data processing using SPSS 25. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches and sampling using the Malhotra sampling technique which resulted in a sample of 115 respondents. The analysis technique used is the Likert scale analysis technique and path analysis with the help of the sequential interval method (MSI), Microsoft Office, and SPSS version 26. 0. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, this research proves that. The correlation coefficient between the variables Online Customer Review and Online Customer Rating obtained a value of 0.661 which means that it is quite strong, positive and significant between online customer reviews and online customer ratings. the partial effect of online customer reviews on purchasing decisions has a value of 27.8%. The effect of online customer ratings on purchasing decisions has a value of 42.0%. Sampel dari penelitian ini terdiri dari 60 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2019. Dalam konteks pengolahan data, peneliti menggunakan E-Views versi 9.0. \u0000Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa financial leverage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap firm value sementara manajemen aset berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap firm value. Job satisfaction that comes from human resources who work in the company, then for this satisfaction employees will be more enthusiastic about doing the tasks that are their obligations. Job satisfaction is also related to work motivation, both owned by the employee self and motivation from the surrounding environment such as colleagues, superiors, or subordinatesWork motivation will increase employees to achieve their job satisfaction so that employees will be proud of the results they get and are encouraged to maintain and improve their performance. The sampling method illustrated in this research uses convenience sampling with 100 employees as respondents, 5 of whom were respondents in the initial survey of the study and 95 employees were respondents in the study. The Smart Pls3 analytical kit was used in this study. Abbro Bros Steel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey serta jenis penelitiannya yaitu asosiatif kausal dengan teknik kuantitatif menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Target dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Abbro Bros Steel dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 51 orang atau seluruh populasi (sampel jenuh). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian “Pengaruh Kompensasi Finansial Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Abbro Bros Steel” dapat dilihat sebagai berikut: \u0000Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan data variabel Kinerja Karyawan berada pada kategori baik dengan presentase 70,23%. Kemudian hasil dari analisis Uji t, variabel Kompensasi Finansial (X1) secara parsial mempengaruhi variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan thitung > ttabel atau 4,151 > 2,010. Untuk variabel Motivasi Kerja (X2) secara parsial mempengaruhi variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan thitung > ttabel atau 2,147 > 2,010. Hasi analisis Uji f, terdapat pengaruh simultan Kompensasi Finansial (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan hasil fhitung > ftabel atau 18,017 > 3,19. Hasil uji korelasi berganda menunjukan nilai r 0,655 dan r2 sebesar 0,429. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa varian yang terjadi pada variabel Kompensasi Finansial (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) dapat mempengaruhi variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebesar 42,90%. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi data panel, Fixed Effect Model merupakan model terbaik dalam penelitian ini. Uji validitas pengaruh mengungkapkan bahwa faktor tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja, pengeluaran per kapita, kemiskinan, pendidikan, dan wilayah berpengaruh terhadap ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan tahun 2017 sampai dengan tahun 2021. Tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja, pengeluaran per kapita, kemiskinan, pendidikan, dan produk domestik bruto daerah semuanya memiliki hubungan yang bervariasi dengan karakteristik disparitas distribusi pendapatan yang dibuktikan dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 12,59%. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhinya meliputi pendidikan, kurangnya kesempatan kerja, jumlah penduduk yang tinggi, ataupun faktor kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Jumlah Penduduk, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto, Angka Harapan Hidup, Rata Lama Sekolah, pengangguran terhadap kemiskinan di 27 kabupaten/kota di Jawa Barat dari tahun 2017-2021. Data panel (times series dan cross sectional) dari 27 kabupaten/kota di Jawa Barat digunakan sebagai teknik untuk penelitian ini dari tahun 2017 hingga 2021. Model terpilih untuk penelitian ini adalah Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasilnya bahwa Produk Domestik Bruto (PDRB) dan Pengagguran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemiskinan.
