The sample determination in this research is an employee of PT Gosyen Pacific Suksesmakmur itself who is still actively working by using the Sampling technique saturated with a total of 50 respondents, the method in data collection is carried out using questionnaires and data processing using SPSS 25. 摘要

本研究的目的是测试和发现培训、职业道路和薪酬对PT Gosen Pacific Suksesmakmur员工绩效的影响程度。本研究的样本确定为PT Gosyen Pacific Suksesmakmur自身仍在积极工作的一名员工,采用的是饱和50名受访者的Sampling技术,数据收集方法采用问卷调查法,数据处理采用SPSS 25。分析使用的统计模型包括频率检验、描述性检验、效度检验、信度检验、决定检验(R2)、T检验和F检验。得到的结果部分表明,训练变量(X1)在计算tcount>标签下有显著影响,职业路径变量X2在计算tcount>标签下有显著影响,薪酬变量X3在计算tcount<标签下无显著影响。同时得到的结果fcount> ftabel 104,824 > 2.57培训、职业道路和薪酬对员工绩效有显著影响,因此可以得出自变量影响因变量的结论。
