The commitment and necessity in improving the quality of education is very important, especially to overcome the phenomenon of the decrease of the quality of education itself which can be seen from the past learning method, where the students only listen to the material explanation from the lecturer and only to understand the lecturer's explanation and make notes. In this era of globalization and technological advancement so fast and sophisticated as it is today that information and knowledge spread quickly and cheaply. This causes everyone to access information and learn knowledge in an easy way. HEALTS issued by the Director General of Higher Education provides a mandate, one of which is the application of SCL principles in the learning process. There are various learning methods for SCL, two of which are CBL and CL. The purpose of this study is to further examine the effect of SCL, CL, and CBL on student understanding in statistical learning. The population of this research is UPI YPTK students with purposive sampling sampling technique. The method of analysis of this study using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results obtained, that SCL and CBL have no significant influence, whereas CL has a significant influence on students' understanding in statistical learning. This research was carried out on fifth grade students of SD N 09 Koto tinggi in Gunuang Omeh District, which total number is eleven students. The instrument used to collect data in the form of observation sheets, documentation and test of learning outcomes. The data obtained in the study were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. This research was conducted in two cycles and each cycle consisted of two meetings. The research results from each cycle of Civics learning that have been implemented using Round Table Learning Strategies in class V SD N 09 Koto Tinggi Gunuang Omeh District shows an increase in both the learning process and student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the achievement of students in learning, where in the first cycle of meeting 1 the percentage of completeness was reached 18.18% with an average score of 66.97 students, in the first cycle of meeting 2 the percentage of completeness is 54.44% with the average 72.27 students. Whereas in the second cycle showed a fairly high increase that reached 100% completeness percentage with the average value of students in the second cycle of meeting 1 was 86.06 and in cycle II meeting 2 was 92.27. The hypothesis used is the action hypothesis which is a temporary answer in the form of action (action) on the formulation of the problems set out in the planning of school action research. The research was carried out in 2 (two) cycles, each cycle held two meetings. The steps taken in each cycle are planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Data obtained using tests, observations and questionnaires. The data obtained is analyzed and described to make a conclusion. After being given action in the form of group training and guidance in two cycles, it turns out that the actions taken have an impact on improving the skills and character of teachers in implementing learning through the system among the better. The population of this study were all Pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2012-2016 period. Samples used were 6 companies based on purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used is Multiple Regression using SPSS Version 21.0 for Windows software. \u0000Based on the empirical results of the study, it was found that (1) the foreign exchange difference did not have a significant effect on the profits of the pharmaceutical company. (2) Earning PerShare partially had a significant effect on the profits of the pharmaceutical company) Changes in Revenue partially have no significant effect on the profits of Pharmaceutical companies. In connection with the research objectives above, it is hypothesized that \"alleged motivation and work stres have a significant partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance\". To conduct discussions and research, the author uses primary data directly obtained from the object of research through a list of statements or structured questionnaires that have been answered by employees, and the population of this study is Bank Nagari Employees of Payakumbuh Syari'ah Branch totaling 30 with a sample of 30 people who are determined by the Census (Total Sampling) method. Data processing using SPSS 16.0 help method. The analytical tool used was Binary Logistic Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Test namely G Test, Wald Test, and Exp (B) Test. The results of Binary Logistics Regression analysis obtained the following Equations; Y = -48.994 + 1.819X1 - 0.58X2 shows that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and job stres has a negative and significant effect on the performance of employees of Bank Nagari Payakumbuh Syari'ah Branch. The motivation variable has the Exp (B) value greater than the other variables, which is 6,163. Most students were anxious and reluctant to speak. They assumed that their participation to speak English in the classroom did not influence their report marks or their graduation. The researcher tried to overcome this problem by conducting a classroom action research for grade IX1 students of SMP 2 Kecamatan Lareh Sago Halaban, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. In this case, the researcher applied a technique that is called assessment process while teacher monitored, supervised and gave marks toward students’participation to speak during the learning process. Based on the data analysis, it was found that the students’ participation to speak English increased 38% for 6 criteria of speaking activities: asking permission/request, responding command, asking and answering question, responding statement and expressing ide. And the students’ speaking ability could also be increased 26.9%. It can be concluded, the students’ participation to speak English could be improved through process assessment. Data collection is carried out by observation, tests, and observation sheets. The results of the observations are then analyzed and made as an action planning material in the next cycle and then processed in order to draw conclusions. Based on preliminary observations, the initial data obtained about student learning outcomes is that 4 people get very good grades, 7 people get good grades, 20 people get pretty good grades and 1 person gets bad grades. Then the average grade obtained is 73.125. After being implemented in the first cycle, 10 people got very good grades, 15 people got good grades, 6 people got good grades and 1 person got bad grades. The average score of students in cycle I was 78.75. And after implementing the second cycle, 12 people get very good grades, 21 people get good grades, and no one gets good enough grades and less grades. The average score of students in cycle II is 83.98.
