The problem in this study was the low learning outcomes of students in this topic. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (classroom action research) conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Each cycle was held two meetings. The subjects of this study were the fifth grade students of Limbanang 05 Elementary School with 22 students which was consisting of 8 male students and 14 female students. In the first cycle of the first meeting of 22 students who took formative tests, there were still many students who were incomplete and meeting II there were 7 students (31.8%) that were not completed, this showed that the use of the experimental method had not been successful so reflection needed to be followed up. in cycle II. The implementation of learning in the second cycle of the teacher is more active in guiding and directing students in conducting experiments. Formative test results of cycle II meeting I were 22 students (100%) successfully completed. The object of this research is customers who buy branded men's clothing products at Black Id Distro. The sample was selected using the Lemesshow formula with 98 customers as a sample. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data analysis using binary logistics analysts after passing the validity test, reliability test, variable descriptive analysis by using Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) program 16.00. Based on the results of the study, the indicators in this study are all valid statement indicators. Data testing with Binary Logistics Collaboration analysts found that the store atmosphere variable (X1), product quality (X2), had a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest in the Bukittinggi city Black Id distro, both partially and simultaneously viewed from the test results Wald and the G test have significant values smaller than 0.05. The sample of this study were 13 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with a purposive sampling method. Based on the results of statistical analysis by using the t test with the value of t arithmetic equal to -1,249 ≤ value of t table 2.028 and significance of 0.220 ≥ from the significance level of 0.05, partially Managerial Ownership does not affect the condition of Financial Distress in the manufacturing company studied. This is proven by using the t test with the value of t count equal to 1.419 19 t table value 2.028 and significance 0.165 ≥ from the significance level of 0.05. Simultaneously Sales Growth and Managerial Ownership do not affect the condition of Financial Distress in the manufacturing companies studied with F count of 1.789 ≤ from the value of F table 3.32 and significance of 0.182 ≥ from the significance level of 0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination of the value of R Square are obtained at 0.090 or 9%. In the evaluation phase of the purchasing decision process, consumers form an interest in the product to buy the most preferred product. If the consumer's interest in purchasing has grown, then the consumer will not hesitate to make a repeat purchase at the same place. Repurchase is one of the behaviors after a purchase that was previously based on a sense of satisfaction. Restaurants must have special food for consumers and be able to increase consumers' purchasing power in restaurants. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the interest in buying consumers in restaurants according to the needs and tastes of consumers. The restaurant that was used as the object of research was the Aur Duri Sumani restaurant. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that menu diversity and price perception significantly influence consumers' interest in buying Aur Duri Sumani restaurants. This research was conducted to know the analysis of the difference of health level in matters of Capital aspect, Asset, Management, Rentability, Liquidity and Capital between Conventional BPR and Syariah. Population in this research is all financial data of Conventional Rural Bank and BPR Syariah Kota Batam registered at Bank Indonesia. The sample in this research is the financial data of Conventional BPR and BPR Syariah in Batam for 2 years. Data analysis method used is CAMEL method. To measure the level of health of banking companies in general use Ratio Asset Quality and Earnings ,. The goal to be achieved in this study is to find out how much influence the student's thinking style on the learning outcomes IPS students of class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Solok city. This type of research is quantitative. The population were students of SMP Negeri 3 Kota Solok, there are 68 students. This study uses total sampling technique. The technique used in this research is simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicates that: the style of thinking has ???????????????????????? equal to 3.685 while ???????????????????????? equal to 1,995. So the conclusion in this study is there is a positive and significant influence between the thinking style on the student's learning outcomes. Based on data analysis whereas statistic by using t test, it is known that thinking style have ???????????????????????????????????????????????? 3.685 while ???????????????????????? equal to 1,995, this means ???????????????????????????????????????????????? > ???????????????????? then ???????? rejected ???????? accepted. So the conclusion that there is a significant influence between students' thinking styles on the learning outcomes IPS class VIII students in SMP Negeri 3 Kota Solok.
