The number of population and sample in this research all employees at integrated investment office and service of Agam Regency through the spreading of questionnaire with likert scale model then tested to validan and reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is the method of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, after passing the classical assumption test using SPSS program. In this study leadership (X1) and motivation (X2) as independent variables, performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The result of this research is a). Leadership has positive and significant effect there is employee performance that is equal to 0,222 with significance level 0,026 <0,05. b). Motivation have positive and significant effect there is employee performance that is equal to 0,782 with significance level 0,000 <0,05, leadership and motivation together have positive significant effect to employee performance equal to 51,623 with significance level 0,000 <0,05. For that, the people of Indonesia, especially the Minagkabau community should be able to prepare early younger generation of Minangkabau villages in preparing to face the MEA. The economy needs to be prepared in preparing qualified human resources to create jobs and be ready to work with foreign workers. Cultural aspect First, less understanding of the meaning of kias in Minangkabau culture. Second, Adat basandi syarak, syarak basandi Kitabullah is the cornerstone of the philosophy of the Minangkabau ethnic group in living life. In terms of language, the trend of Indonesian language is being favored by new parents in this Minang land to teach children speak. The occurrence of this mixing will cause the Minangkabau language to disappear from its language users. Especially the young generation who will continue the next struggle. Religion, activating activities back to the surau in instilling religious values. This research is qualitative research. The key informant are the students and lecturer of Economics Education. The interview given to the informant by using sampling insidental technique. The result of this research are: 1) Which where students had been doing thesis, consul, read a lot refences, however there are some students of Economics Education yet show their seriously in finishing thesis 2) Lecturer responces include to student’s motivation in finishing thesis are getting better, its shows from the students meet the lecturer to get thesis consul. However, still some students who not yet meet their academic consul at all, 3) There are two factors that effect students motivation. Intrinsic factor, such as student's motivation to invest in yourself, keep motivation from that desiring or eager to work on thesis. But students difficulties of keeping the motive for in herself when many obtacles in face in the resolution of thesis as for reference books, process data after research make students lazy to do so that the motive for thesis in those accessible well. While external factor, motivation students easily get encouragement and enthusiasm from various parties. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the implementation of the role of local government in the management of Istano Basa Pagaruyung attractions in Tanah Datar regency. \u0000To analyze this problem, research is done by using qualitative approach by using descriptive method. Data collection techniques that the authors use are observation, interview, literature study. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Informants in this study were determined by purposive sampling technique. Purposive sampling is a purposive sampling technique. \u0000From the results of this study can be concluded that the role of Tourism, Youth, and Sport on the management of Istano Basa Pagaruyuang Tourism Object is to manage, assist, and improve facilities and infrastructure through the making of planning programs to be implemented by the UPT. Analysis of the role of local government towards the management of Istano Basa Pagaruyuang tourist object in Tanah Datar regency has been carried out very well but not yet optimal, since there is still planning since 2013 until now has not been done due to limited land. The purpose of this Classroom Action Research is to describe the improvement in the results of science learning about the five senses in the TK Negeri Pembina Lima Puluh Kota. The type of the research carried out was classroom action research with the subject of research of students in the TK Negeri Pembina Lima Puluh Kota in Group B2, which were consisted of 15 pupils using the Puzzle Tube Educational Tool. The technique used in collecting data in the form of observation, and the format of the results of interviews, test, then processed by percentage techniques. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles. The results of the study in the first cycle of improvement in learning outcomes have not reached 75%, then continued in the second cycle where the increase in children's learning outcomes becomes more increasing. So the results of the average rate of children exceed the minimum completeness criteria that have been set. Thus it can be concluded that the efforts of researchers to improve children's learning outcomes in learning science about the senses. It was done in SMPN 5 Kec. Harau which are entitled “Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru SMPN 5 Kecamatan Harau dalam Merancang Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) Melalui Pendampingan Berkala”. There were 7 teachers who involved in this research. They got regularly mentoring from principal in order to lead them to design their Lesson Plan. There were 2 cycles in this research. The researcher used Lesson Plan Analysis form and field note to get the data. Before doing the research, the researcher analyzed the teacher’s lesson plan in order to get former data about the teacher’s competencies in designing lesson plan. It was found that the teachers’ competency was 70.56. it belongs to enough category. Then, after doing regularly mentoring from principal in cycle 1 the teacher’ competencies turned to 78.33. It means Good category. Finally, in cycle 2 the teachers’ competency became 87.78.
