Abstract

Research objectives to analyze: (1) the influence of trust on customer retention insurance Askrida. And the effect of satisfaction on Askrida's customer retention insurance. The population in this study are customers who already use the services of PT. Asuransi Bangun Askrida (ASKRIDA) Padang for more than 1 year or more. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The type of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. 研究目的分析:(1)信任对客户保留保险的影响。以及满意度对Askrida客户保留保险的影响。本研究的人群是已经使用PT. Asuransi banun Askrida (Askrida) Padang服务超过1年的客户。使用的抽样技术是有目的的抽样。本研究使用的数据类型为一手数据和二手数据。数据分析技术采用描述性和归纳性分析,采用SPSS 22.00版程序进行多元回归分析。本研究结果表明:(1)信心正向显著影响巴东市ASKRIDA顾客保留率;(2)满意度对巴东市ASKRIDA顾客保留率有正向显著影响。
