This research was descriptive associative. The sample of 165 people and the sampling technique was proportional random sampling study. The questionnaire was used as data collection techniques. Data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis and path analysis. To test the hypothesis used t test. The results of this study indicate that (1) the family environment has a positive effect and significant to student learning outcomes. (2) Teacher strengthening has a positive and significant impact on student learning outcomes. (3) Motivation learning has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes. (4) Family environment have a positive and significant effect on learning motivation as well as on learning result students. (5) Teacher strengthening is influential positive and significant motivation to learning outcomes of business management vocational high school. Based on the research result suggested to the principal to provide counseling teachers to get used to giving positive reinforcements to students who can trigger student learning motivation. Parents are expected to creat a conducive family culture in the framework of supporting the spirit of learning motivation students. One of alternative to solve economic condition that more worst, well by do anymore effort. By made a little venture, middle and big. By still use economic principle that sure can profitable for investor who try to invest their asset in any kind job that their do. UD HARIAN is one of a venture that have activity is locate near Terminal Lama Solok and the owner is Mr. H. Herman who have venture that begin in year 2000. Based on research calculation above can obtain value of NPV is Rp. 115.458.205, PI is 1,7, IRR is 47,1% and Payback Period (PP) during 7 month 1,5 days. Based on the result above can conclude that the plan opened new branch “UD HARIAN” are proper to do. The results of this research shows that: (1) The mother's role in education, the value of children in families and financial literacy influences positive significant, (2) The mother's role in education influences positive significant, (3) The value of children in families influences positive significant, (4) The financial literacy influences positive significant, toward child expectation, (5) The role of working mothers is higher than the role not working mather in children's education, (6) the value of children’s working mother is higher than not working mother, (7) the financial literacy working mother is higher than not working mother. Based on the results, it is suggested that mothers should improve their role in education of child. Then, Mothers, it is expected to develop their valuation about the importance of presence of child in family to help them realize a true meaning about being responsibility. The independent variables used in this study are profitability and capital structure; firm size as an intervening variable. While the dependent variable in this study is firm value. Firm value was calculated by using the Tobin'Q ratio. The total population in this research was 54 companies and 30 companies were taken as the sample. This research used secondary data that has passed the Classical Assumption Test. Hypothesis testing was carried out using Multiple Linear Analysis, Model test (t-test and F-Test), Coefficient Determination, and Path Analysis. The purpose of this study is to study the communication to Ninik Mamak (Klen Leader), Nagari Community, Ninik Mamak to the Nagarinya Society to achieve social and economic development and the welfare of the Sungai Pua Nagari community. From this research, it is hoped that the benefits for the Nagari Government, Ninik Mamak in communicating messages based on the concepts, communication models, plans and communication strategies in Nagari Sungai Pua will be achieved by the social and economic welfare of their nagar communities.
