The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of organizational climate and organizational justice on organizational commitment, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Denpasar City Revenue Service. The hypotheses proposed based on existing theoretical studies and the existence of the phenomena summarized in the problem formulation are: organizational commitment is positively affected by organizational climate; organizational justice has an effect on organizational commitment as positively; organizational climate has an effect on job satisfaction as positively; job satisfaction is positively influenced by fairness organization; and organizational commitment is positively effected by job satisfaction. The design of this research system is oriented to the pattern of calculating quantitative data on the existence of questionnaires distributed to 83 respondents. This study aims to develop a web-based digital system learning media that is feasible and useful. The study uses the waterfall model software development method, namely the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). Students can easily get the related materials and resources from e-learning. This research intends to examine the level of students’ satisfaction with e-learning and their learning experiences during the global pandemic. The quantitative research method was carried out using a questionnaire survey and online research. A total of 150 students from different institutions in India and Malaysia have participated in the survey. The survey was carried out through Google Form and the data were exported to be analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that most of the students were satisfied with e-learning and how it helped them in their studies. The automotive and components sectors faced the same condition, which impacted their production and sales. Paired sample t-test data analysis choose to analyses tend to measure the effect of Profitability during the pandemic and before the pandemic. The result of this study shows that even the automotive industry predicts having contraction on their Profitability at the pandemic period. However, the decline in sales and production is not always followed by a decline in financial performance, especially Profitability, due to financial management policies and efficiency factors. The research method used was the survey method. It took 30 respondents as samples from Gramedia TSM – Bandung by using a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sampling technique. A descriptive and verificative survey was the research type used in this study. The data were processed with multiple regression analyses. The research result showed that perceived organizational support, work from home, and work-life balance are on a good level. The hypothesis testing showed that work from home has a positive and significant effect on work-life balance partially. Perceived organizational support has also a significant and positive effect on work-life balance. Both of them, work from home and perceived organizational support affect work-life balance simultaneously. This study concluded that perceived organizational support and work from home were two significant predictors to construct work-life balance. The sample in this study was 56 employees of Sengkaling Recreation Park Malang selected by the saturated sampling technique. The analysis tool was a scale range analysis and path analysis. The findings indicate that job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a negative effect on turnover intention and job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention through organizational commitment as a mediating variable. For the data analysis, we used descriptive and non-parametric statistical analysis with quantitative methodology aided with the SPSS software. The findings indicate a significant influence of vocational school graduates on the development of sustainable tourism in Manado. Qualitative method was used in this research, with 57 employees at The Department of Education and Culture of Lubuklinggau City as a sample. Multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, f-test and t-test were used in this research as data analysis technique. The results obtained from partial test (t-test) proved that incentivization, motivation, and discipline each had a partially significant impact on employee performance at the office of The Department of Education and Culture of Lubuklinggau City where t (count) > t (table) and also sig 0,001 < 0,05. Incentives, Motivation, and Disciplines have simultaneously significant impact on employee performance, where t (count) > t (table) and also sig is 0,000 < 0,05. This research is an important contribution to the regulation of human resources in The Department of Education and Culture of Lubuklinggau City so.
