The method used is correlational which focuses on a discussion of the relationship between variables X and Y variables. the working environment supports the work and the high motivation of working employees will encourage the creation of good working achievements among employees. Theoretically work environment and work motivation will work together to form a pribasi employee who upholds the job and always maintain good relations or relations with fellow officers and superiors that ultimately gives the feel is good for the improvement of work achievement a clerk in the Office of the Department of education, youth and sports of Minahasa Regency. \u0000Evidenced by the magnitude of the results of research influence between variables work environment and motivation the achievement of variable working on education department employees work , youth and sports district Minahasa 63.5 % is simultaneously. This can be concluded that the work environment and motivation can affect the work of 63.5 % department of education employees to work performance , youth and sports district Minahasa .The magnitude of influence between variables x on variables y is 63.5 % where the rest of the percentage of employees work performance to evaluate the department of education , youth and sports district Minahasa 36,5 % is determined by other factors. \u0000From these results it appears that the work environment and work motivation alike contribute a sizable work achievement against the employees of the Department of education, youth and sports District of Minahasa. The results of the regression analysis show the equation: Y1 = 0.740X and Y2 = 0.226X + 0.601Y1. The path analysis results show the equation, Y2 = 0.671X. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were managers and members of the KUBE program. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Triangulation used is source triangulation and technique. The results of the study show that: 1) the KUBE program is a group / place for learning to obtain knowledge and skills and get the opportunity through activities in making embroidery clothes and beautiful brooches. 2) The role of KUBE in binding community income is a benchmark for KUBE programs. 3) The success of the KUBE program to be able to increase income and family welfare which is characterized by increasing members' income, social relations are well established. 4) Factors supporting the establishment of cooperation between managers, members, suppliers of raw materials, markets, government, the motivation for entrepreneurship, maintaining trust and market demand. The inhibiting factor is the lack of capital, sometimes there are unfavorable relationships between members, giving rise to a sense of boredom, lack of market demand in certain months and the number of competitors. The object of this research is Universitas Negeri Manado as the Higher Education Institution. Research problem refers to data phenomenon in Universitas Negeri Manado. The fact presents that the staffs do not have maximum presence since they only go to work for 18 days per month (81%). The average of work contribution is only approximately 6 hours a day, but the staffs are required to attend for 8 hours a day. The problem is: how to increase the employee effectiveness. The hypothesis from this research has been formulated that there is a direct positive influence of the leadership effectiveness on the effectiveness of the employees. The sample method is proportional random sampling technique. The research includes 102 respondents who are the employees of Universitas Negeri Manado.The data were analyzed by using simple linier regression. Data collecting technique is questionnaire and data analysis is regression analysis. Entrepreneurship education(EE) is any activity that aims to inculcate the mindset or mindset about entrepreneurship, fostering the intention, attitude and competence of a person in developing his potential by realizing creative and innovative behavior. Objectives to be achieved in research are (1)to analyze the influence of family background variables on entrepreneurship intention. (2)Analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education from variable to entrepreneurship intention. (3) Analyze the influence of creativity variable on entrepreneurship intention. (4)To analyze the effect of family background variables, entrepreneurship education and creativity together on the intention of entrepreneurship. This research is a descriptive research using quantitative approach. The location of this research is at Sahid University of Surakarta with total of 100 respondents. Data collection used in this research is questionnaire, observation and literature. The results obtained that the three independent variables are family background, entrepreneurship education and creativity positively influences entrepreneurship intention. Hypothesis testing using t test shows that all independent variables have significant less than 0.05. Then through the F test known that the three independent variables proved to have a significant influence together on entrepreneurship intention. The results were the students’ lack of learning motivation and low learning outcomes. One alternative to improve the motivation and interest in learning is using Unity 3D for learning resources. For this research, ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) was used as the development model. The new materials were tested to XI grade TKJ students of SMKN 1 Kamal. Results obtained from survey on small group trials were 93% and for large group trials were 90%. One of the history of education in Indonesia is the issuance of Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia Number 93 year 1999 which teacher institute (IKIP) wider mandate to University which called as LPTK university. The born of LPTK University make the number of competition between universities were increased. However, LPTK universities are perceived lose on competition with universities instead of former IKIP. To maintain from competition LPTK university is required to improve their image. This literature study focuses on how e-marketing factor utilization through the use of university website is expected to support LPTK university image. In addition, the information system developed by LPTK universities should be able to build convenience for their respective students. It is assumed through a good information system the image of the university also awakened.
