In this paper, a comprehensive quality control system is designed for the data of surface meteorological observation from cities. The system includes the data structure of backstage database, as well as the foreground quality-check system based on multithreading mechanism. Comprehensive quality control is necessary before storing the surface meteorological observation data. Besides the traditional control methods such as extreme values check, internal consistency check, the equipment states are also added into this system using the logistic regression. According to the existed weakness of arrival time difference in traditional location method such as poor ability of resisting error interference and low location accuracy, and iterative algorithms are easy to diverge, an improved DBSCAN algorithm is introduced in location calculation. The performance of the proposed location algorithm was confirmed by regional simulation. The results showed that ADBSCAN does not require manual intervention, and has better clustering effect for lightning location results. However, existing researches rarely focus on studying Cloud service compositions in a partially observable multiagent interactive environment. In this paper, we propose an interactive service composition model I-SerCom that applies the Interactive Partially Observable Markov Decision Process (I-POMDP) to help service buyers make sequential service selection policies. I-SerCom enables buyers make decisions by considering both changes of states of service marketplaces and an evolution of the intention of other involved agents. We use Interactive Influence Diagram (I-DID) to graphically represent the model. The I-DID factorization makes the model description more explicit and simplifies the model solving process. In addition, the popularization of smart mobile devices totally changes the manner in which we communicate with the world around us. For example, by scanning the Coca-Cola can, people can easily obtain abundant on-line information. It is because the website information is hidden on packing paper of the can. In this paper, we focus on the class of clustered-dot halftones because it is preferable to electrophotographic printers due to stable dot formation. Therefore, given an arbitrary grayscale image, we design an embeddable cell selection scheme for the corresponding dithered halftone, and perform orientation modulation (OM) to the dot-cluster in the selected cells to embed information. To improve the quality of an output data-embedded halftone without damaging the embedded data, we present a modified direct binary search (DBS) framework by introducing a new search strategy. Hence, the proposed method integrates OM-based embedding with DBS quality optimization. The increasing research on rare earth tailings by in-situ leaching, and improving the utilization of rare earth resources, reducing the impact of tailings on the environment, is very significant. Because the experiment data is messy, so that it is difficult to directly draw the remnants law of rare earth elements, ammonium nitrogen and nitrate. In this paper, we firstly propose an improved k-meaning: optimizing the initial center points through computing the density of data objects. A new evaluation function is proposed, namely equalization function, which enable the cluster number to be generated automatically. Then we utilize the proposed k-means technology to pre-process the experiment data. We split the data to some classes according to the different concentration of leaching solution. And then, the nitric concentration and residual tailings leaching reagent of rare earth are classed based on k-means technique. In this study, we used the pretest-posttest experimental designs. The mobile teaching application -super star xuexitong was taken as the teaching tool. Subjects were divided into the experimental group and the control group and were measured by the Symptom check list-90. In pretest, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. In posttest, the experimental group's the Symptom checklist-90 scores changed significantly, In addition to psychotic factor, all other factors' scores were significantly lower than the control group, the experimental group's the Symptom check list-90 scores also had great significant differences in pretest and posttest. Similarly, in the questionnaire survey of \"Simple Teaching Effectiveness Evaluation\", there was a significant difference in the satisfaction of the teaching effect between the experimental group and the control group. In terms of satisfaction of teaching effect, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group. The mobile informatization teaching model applied to the teaching practice of mental health education course can improve college students' mental health.
