In this paper, a comprehensive quality control system is designed for the data of surface meteorological observation from cities. The system includes the data structure of backstage database, as well as the foreground quality-check system based on multithreading mechanism. Comprehensive quality control is necessary before storing the surface meteorological observation data. Besides the traditional control methods such as extreme values check, internal consistency check, the equipment states are also added into this system using the logistic regression.
