Comprehensive quality control is necessary before storing the surface meteorological observation data. Besides the traditional control methods such as extreme values check, internal consistency check, the equipment states are also added into this system using the logistic regression. 摘要

准确可靠的地面气象资料是开展相关气象研究和提高气候预报水平的必要条件。本文设计了城市地面气象观测资料的综合质量控制体系。该系统包括后台数据库的数据结构,以及基于多线程机制的前台质检系统。地面气象观测资料入库前必须进行全面的质量控制。该系统除采用极值检查、内部一致性检查等传统控制方法外,还采用逻辑回归方法对设备状态进行控制。该系统不仅提高了数据处理效率,而且使气象观测数据更具代表性、准确性和可比性。
