Offset reduction is achieved by programming two floating gate transistors that form an important part of a single-stage folded cascode amplifier. A novel programming method that requires just four additional pins and an LMS algorithm was used. Floating-gate transistors were programmed for a minimum offset voltage of ± 20 ¿V using 1.2 ¿m CMOS process. Programmed operational amplifiers can be used in continuous-time operation for a long period of time without the need of reprogramming. Experimental results show that this offset reduction scheme is a viable approach to low cost precision operational amplifier fabrication.","PeriodicalId":236039,"journal":{"name":"2010 20th International Conference on Electronics Communications and Computers (CONIELECOMP)","volume":"31 3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116673055","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The MFA algorithm builds an automaton that searches for the set of exact sub-sequences by building a finite automaton in a similar way to the KMP algorithm. This algorithm is compared against the traditional automaton using the basic idea of the subset construction. This traditional algorithm is implemented using some characteristics to increase its performance which will end in an algorithm that can be proven to have the optimal number of states.","PeriodicalId":236039,"journal":{"name":"2010 20th International Conference on Electronics Communications and Computers (CONIELECOMP)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134068513","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The repulsive force is generated by permanent magnet poles of the same type (north or south), aligned by a shaft of aluminum. We compare the magnetic force with gravitational force involved in determining the magnetic moment m of the magnets, knowing the magnitude of m we find the magnetic field (B) theoretical, finally compare our measurements with magnetic fields depending on the distance measured by a gaussmeter. The determination of the magnitude of the magnetic fields allow us to know the physical limits of our levitated system, as well as optimization of materials used in its construction. An experimental system will be described, in which we have a pair of permanent magnets forming a magnetic dipole of 0.034 Kg of weight levitating above another magnetic dipole of equal weight and magnitude, separated by a distance of 4.248 cm.","PeriodicalId":236039,"journal":{"name":"2010 20th International Conference on Electronics Communications and Computers (CONIELECOMP)","volume":"430 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124233444","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Virtual human modeling requires to consider aspects belonging to different levels of abstractions. This work presents the results obtained after building two stages on the virtual humans hierarchy. Initially, we have modeled a virtual human, next, forward kinematic to animate the virtual human has been applied. The aim of this developed is to have an interactive platform that allows to give movement to every of 53 articulations involved on human model proposed. Besides, this kinematic control allow us to go on working until we can reach the behavioral and cognitive stages. Simulation using a windows platform where the virtual human is moving articulations belong the trunk and extremity are presented.","PeriodicalId":236039,"journal":{"name":"2010 20th International Conference on Electronics Communications and Computers (CONIELECOMP)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121652588","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
