This research was conducted using quantitative research methods and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The data used are primary data obtained through filling out questionnaires. The population of this study is all MSME taxpayers in the city of Semarang. The sample used was 197 respondents using the Quota Sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the variables of the influence of taxpayer awareness, modern tax administration systems, tax amnesty, taxpayer knowledge, tax rates, tax sanctions and service quality have a positive and significant effect on MSME taxpayer compliance in Semarang City. Simpati Flash supports its users to be able to access the internet via smartphones, even now almost all simcard products support accessibility with 4G networks which are considered to have the advantage of being able to access the internet relatively quickly so that consumers feel satisfied with the quality of the Simpati Flash product. The research method uses quantitative methods. This research is divided into two parts, namely descriptive design and causal design. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents. Analysis of the data using statistical testing with SPSS version 20 statistical program. This research was conducted at RSUD Dr. Drajat Prawiranegara to find out how the influence of emotional intelligence in improving employee performance by using the intervening variable of work discipline. The research population was 83 nurses. This study is a causality study whose data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. Based on the hypothesis test conducted, it shows that there is a positive and significant effect of emotional intelligence on work discipline and employee performance, and there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on the performance at RSUD Dr. Prawiranegara Drajat. The data that  the researchers used was secondary data, this data was obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Serang Regency and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Banten Province. The year period carried outfor this study started from 2016 to 2021. the results obtained from the Location Quotien (LQ) were obtained that soktors who have potential are in the Agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sectors with an average value of LQ 1.58; For the manufacturing sector, it has an average of LQ 1.44; for the Government Administration, Defense, and Compulsory Social Security sectors, it gets an LQ result of 1.09; and the Education sector, the average LQ result is 1.05. Employee performance is a problem that needs to be considered by the company, because employee performance will affect the quality of the company in facing competition along with the times. Therefore, having quality human resources (employees) is needed so that company goals can be achieved and can improve employee performance \u0000. \u0000Employee Competence and Work Environment in previous research can improve Employee Performance. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the basic framework or model that is expected to improve Employee Performance by involving Employee Competencies, and the Work Environment at PT. FMI area BI Banten and DKI Jakarta Provinces. Originality/value: The novelty in this study is that no previous research has been found that discusses the Effect of Employee Competence (X1), Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. FMI area BI Banten and DKI Jakarta Provinces. Research limitations: The limitation in this study is only to analyze the magnitude of the influence of Employee Competence, Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. FMI area BI Banten Province and DKI Jakarta Design /methodology / approach: The research method is quantitative using a questionnaire assistance tool with an interval scale of 10 points and sampling techniques are carried out by simple random sampling. The number of samples used was 75 respondents who were processed using the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Financial performance is measured using the Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE) proxies, whilst Financial distress is measured using the Altman Z-Score model.  The tests used are descriptive statistics test, normality test by using Kolmogorov-Smirnov, and hypothesis test by using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test from 25 firms for the 2019-2020 period. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the conditions of financial performance and financial distress before and during the covid-19 pandemic. We also examine the moderating effects of social media on the relationship between the three variables. We use one hundred and thirty-five students from colleges and institutions in the province of Banten as our sample by using a purposeful sample technique. Data is gathered via a questionnaire and analysed using smartPLS or partial least squares (PLS). We find that investment knowledge do not influence investment interest. However, we document that minimum capital effect the investment interest. In addition, we fail to evidence the moderating role of social media on the investment knowledge, minimum capital, and investing interest.
