Lestari Banten Energi in Banten. The instrument in this research used a questionnaire with interval scale. The population in this study were permanent employees of PT. Lestari Banten Energi in 2022, total 250 people, while the sample in this study was 90 permanent employees from PT. Lestari Banten Energi with random sampling method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and processed by software program SmartPLS 3.2.9.
