In order to form its maximum productivity, it is important to identify its responsiveness to fertilizers and seeding amount in the conditions of the region, which is important in scientific and practical agronomy. Our studies were carried out to reveal potential productivity, grain quality, economic and energy parametres of common barley of \"Helios\" variety depending on technology elements (fertilizers and seeding amount). Experimental work was carried out on leached black soil in State Unitary Enterprise \"Lukhovskoye\" of the urban district of Saransk, the Republic of Mordovia, in 2016-2018. \"Helios\" common barley variety was under study using field and laboratory methods, a two-factor field experiment was set according to the following scheme: factor A (mineral nutrition level) 1.1 – without fertilizers (control); 1.2 - N30P30K30, 1.3 - N60P60K60, 1.4 - N60P60K60, 1.5 - N90P90K90; factor B (seeding amount, mln pcs/ha) 2.1 – 2.5; 2.2 - 3.0; 2.3 - 3.0; 2.4 - 3.5; 2.5 - 4.5 Agrochemical soil composition was typical for this type. The issues of maintaining appropriate quality characteristics of eggs while improving poultry feeding programs seem to be relevant. In this regard, the aim of our study was to evaluate quality parameters of food eggs of Lohmann LSL Classic cross hens, depending on application time of three-phase compound feed in poultry feeding. The study was carried out at OOO Varaksino Poultry Farm, Zaviyalovsky District, Udmurt Republic. Three groups of laying hens were formed for the study, by the method of analogue groups, each of which consisted of 3 parts of birds. The groups differed by time of application of compound feed recipes of three phases. Morphological analysis of food eggs was carried out by instrumental method, the components were weighed on a VK-600 electronic scales. Biophysical parameters of the constituent components of the eggs were determined using a digital ovoscope DE 16000. The analysis of the qualitative characteristics of eggs at the age of 52 and 72 weeks did not reveal a significant difference between the groups in terms of morphological and biophysical parameters, except for yolk diameter at 52 weeks. The diameter of the egg yolk in the third group was significantly less (P ≥ 0.95) than the same value in the second group by 2.6%. Consequently, the factor of using different phase durations in feeding of laying hens did not have a significant effect on qualitative characteristics of food eggs. LAMP is based on identification of a conserved gene in a target group of microorganisms against which a series of four to six primers should be designed. The study protocol takes less than one hour and includes amplification of the target gene using Bst polymerase in isothermal conditions. Species-specific primers were designed to identify B. petrii bacteria, transcription regulator gene LysR was used in the studies. The specificity of the selected primers was validated by BLAST at National Center of Biotechnology Information (NCBI) server (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/). The researchers selected parameters for layout of the reaction, tested specificity of the developed protocol and appropriate amplification time, also they determined sensitivity of the developed LAMP protocol for identification of B. petrii bacteria. It was established that appropriate amplification result is recorded after 40-50 minutes; agarose gel electrophoresis indicates that sensitivity of the developed amplification protocol is 10 DNA copies. Usage of beneficial microorganisms solves this problem. The studies were carried out in 2018-2021 in order to study the effect of Gribofit and Imunazot microbiological products, nitrogen fertilizers, individually and in combination, on phytotoxic effect removal of the soil when plant residues are applied for fertilization in grain crop rotation on typical slightly eroded heavy loamy black soil. The experimental field is located in Kursk region, Medvenskiy district of Panino village. All residues were used for fertilization in all variants of the experiment; nitrogen fertilizers were additionally applied at a dose of 10 kg of a.r. N per 1 ton of straw in the second variant; in the third variant, seeds, soil, crops and straw residues were inoculated with biological products Gribofit and Imunazot; in the fourth variant, combined application of nitrogen fertilizers and biological products as studied. Specification of soil phytotoxicity was carried out according to international standard ISO 11269-2:2012, as a test culture, seeds of radish (Raphanus sativus L.) were used. Application of plant residues for fertilization for four years led to sustainable phytotoxic effect of the soil, reducing seed germination energy of the test crop from 88% to 57%. Usage of Gribofit and Imunazot separately and in combination with nitrogen fertilizers contributes not only to improvement of soil ecological state, but also to its health. Biological products increase seed germination energy of the test culture from 11% to 28% compared to absolute control, depending on the type of plant residues, and index of the assessed factor increases to 1.27. Application of nitrogen fertilizers with cereal straw contributed to low toxicity of class 4. Active search for new sources and donors of economically valuable traits and resistance to biotic and abiotic stressors is carried out in ampelographic collection of genetic resources of Anapa Zonal Experimental Station of Viticulture and Winemaking. This article contains main results of scientific research over the past three years related to the study and identification of new sources of economically valuable traits and resistance to biotic and abiotic environmental factors among the varieties of the ampelographic collection of Anapa Zonal Experimental Station for Viticulture and Winemaking - a branch of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution of the North Caucasus Federal Scientific Center of Horticulture, Viticulture, Winemaking. The objects of the research were grape varieties of various ecological and geographical origin from the gene pool of Anapa ampelographic collection. The study used traditional and improved breeding programs and methods. In the course of long-term research work, 15 sources of selection-valuable traits were identified among the grape varieties of Anapa Zonal Experimental Station of Viticulture and Winemaking, which are used in crosses to create new varieties. These source varieties are annually investigated for phenological and agrobiological characteristics, which have consistently high parametres. As for table grape direction, such varieties as Strashenskiy, Doch Nimranga, Pamyati Dombkovskaya, Arcadia and Olimpiada have the highest fruiting coefficient and yield. Sowing is crucial technological operation in ensuring high yields of agricultural crops. Concurrently, sowing of legumes is associated with certain difficulties due to increased requirements of these crops to the amount of moisture at initial stage of development. One of the most effective ways to eliminate moisture deficiency is pre-sowing soaking. However, the existing sowing machines are not capable of sowing soaked seed materials with high quality parameters. To solve the problem of sowing difficult-to-flow seeds of legumes, a torsion-pin sowing machine was developed. Laboratory studies of the developed sowing machine were carried out to assess the influence of its design parameters on uniformity of longitudinal distribution of seeds. The results of experimental studies on assessing the quality of seeding of hard-to-flow seeds of legumes with a torsion-pin sowing machine showed that uniformity of longitudinal distribution of seeds increased in case of installing movable pins. Violation of connective tissue metabolism significantly affects occurrence and development of many pathological processes in various organs and tissues, however, parametres of connective tissue metabolism in purulent wounds of cats have not been thoroughly studied. Therefore, their study will allow to substantiate pathogenetically and improve treatment methods of purulent wounds of cats. The studies were carried out from 2010 to 2020 on the basis of the clinic of veterinary medicine and the laboratory of the Department of Surgery and Diseases of Small Animals of Luhansk State Agrarian University, as well as in biochemical and immunological laboratory of Lugansk. Twelve animals were used in the experiment, which were divided into two groups (the first - experimental, the second - control). The ointment \"Methyluracil with Miramistin\" (Darnitsa) with addition of 1% hyaluronic acid and 1% trifusol were used in the experimental group. Only \"Methyluracil with Miramistin\" ointment was used for treatment of animals in the control group. Animals underwent daily revision of wounds and local mechanical treatment. For planimetric studies, a ruler and a transparent film with a grid on it with a cell size of 1 cm2 were used. As for animals of the experimental group, content increase of hexoses associated with proteins, hexoses of glycoproteins and sialic acids was recorded only during the period of inflammatory and degenerative changes. Subsequently, starting from the 12th day of the experiment, these parametres decreased to the initial level. As for animals of the control group, the content of hexoses associated with proteins gradually decreased, but was higher than that of cats of the experimental group due to increase of hexoses of glycosaminoglycans. Also, the content of sialic acids in the control group remained high throughout the experiment. Such tendency indicates that application of ointment with addition of hyaluronic acid and trifusol contributes to normalization of the H-GAG / H-GP index, which is typical for a more intensive development of reparative processes. On the contrary, an increase of the healing time of a wound defect of animals of the control group was accompanied by a redistribution of hexose fractions towards an increase in the proportion of glycosaminoglycans. Knowing the influence level of these factors on the animal body makes it possible to predict the results of external factors more accurately. Taking this into account, our experiment in rearing twin lambs of Tsigai breed under different feeding conditions was carried out. When forming experimental groups, only lambs from twin litters were selected. Lambs were tagged and weighed at birth. They were with ewes up to 4 months of age. After weaning, the twin lambs were divided: one lamb was placed in the conditions prevailing on the farm; the second - with improved feeding conditions. In total, there were 60 rams and 32 ewes in the experiment. The experiment lasted 10 months. The animals were weighed and the amount of wool shorn was determined at the age of 4 and 14 months. It was found that twins who are smaller at birth do not compensate for intrauterine development at 14 months of age. It was established that the selected traits (shorn wool, body weight) are more susceptible to the influence of external factors compared to qualitative traits. It was revealed that the mechanism of changes in sheep shearing is associated with the diameter of wool fibers. The correlation between body weight of a ram at weaning and shearing is small: from -0.01 with improved feeding and up to +0.01 with a farm ration. Experimental studies were carried out at OOO \"Mulinskiy fish farm\" of Nizhny Novgorod region in 2021. The object of the study was sturgeon of various genotypes (Russian sturgeon, Siberian sturgeon, hybrids of Russian sturgeon with Siberian and hybrids of Siberian sturgeon with Russian species). Chemical composition of fish meat in industrial production (percentage of moisture, protein, fat and ash) was determined. It was established that the hybrids of Russian sturgeon with Siberian species have the highest parametres of commercial (61.1 cm) and total length (76.2 cm), according to the size and mass characteristics of sturgeon at the age of two years, and the hybrids of Siberian sturgeon with Russian exceeded all other groups in terms of total body weight (2173 g), therefore, heterotic effect appeared, i.e. the ability of hybrids of the first generation to surpass parental forms in viability, fertility and other characteristics. It was shown that under the same conditions of keeping and feeding of sturgeons of different genotypes, pure species of Russian sturgeon occupy a predominant position in terms of protein and fat content - 26.43% and 8.18%, respectively. As for moisture and ash content, hybrids of Russian with Siberian - 73.77 and 0.61% and Siberian with Russian - 72.6 and 0.66% are ahead of their peers. Conclusions are drawn about the quality of meat and its value in nutritional aspect. Rye occupies a special place among cereal crops as components of animal feed. Rye that is unsuitable for food purposes but quite suitable for feeding of farm animals can be used for compound feed production. It is necessary to substantiate scientifically the norms for rye introduction into compound feed concentrates in order to expand the possibility of its use in feeding of growing bulls and reduce the cost of compound feed. To solve these problems, four groups of growing bulls were formed and 4 recipes for compound feed concentrates with different doses of rye (0, 20, 30, 40%) were developed. The duration of the experiment was 135 days. Group feeding record as conducted daily. The animals were weighed every 30 days in order to know how they grow and develop. To identify the effect of the test grain (rye) on consumption of the main balanced ration, records were kept of the consumed feed and its residues the next day. The composition of the ration was changed every month after the animals were weighed. During the entire scientific and economic experiment, the records of the eaten feed (mixed feed and hay) were kept, and haylage was given to the experimental bulls, depending on edibility. Introduction of 20 to 40% rye in the compound feed does not reduce the balance of the ration of animals in the experiment. Gross weight gain and gain per day of the experimental bull-calves of the first three groups differed insignificantly. Animals from the IV group, which were given compound feed with 40% of rye, were inferior to the control groups by 5.6 kg in total gain, by 43 g in average daily gain. On average, 5.87-6.03 EFU were spent per 1 kg of live weight gain. For the first time, scientifically based norms were developed for rye introduction in compound feed-concentrates for young growing bulls.
