It grows wildly in mountainous areas of Europe (Alps, Carpathians), Asia and North America. The currant is one of the most widespread shrubs in cultivation in our country. The production results were better for the black currant compared to the red currant. In the study period, from all studied red currant cultivars, the Detvan cultivar was highligth with 2.9 t/ha yield. For the black currant cultivars the yield was much higher versus to the red currants yield, being between 3.0 t/ha to Poli 51 cultivar and 4.6 t / ha to Tisel cultivar.","PeriodicalId":234572,"journal":{"name":"\"Annals of the University of Craiova - Agriculture, Montanology,Cadastre Series \"","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125471219","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The ripening of the grapes is a dynamic process, that is why the physico-chemical parameters followed for the evaluation of the quantity and quality of the harvest are constantly changing both in terms of their values and the relationships between them. Harvesting grapes at maturity corresponding to the type of wine to be obtained requires rigorous monitoring of the dynamics of maturation. In the Drăgășani vineyard, the local varieties, older or newer, enjoy a special appreciation. In order to be able to highlight its full qualitative potential, harvesting grapes at optimal maturity is the first condition, especially in the wine-growing years characterized by special climatic conditions, such as 2021.","PeriodicalId":234572,"journal":{"name":"\"Annals of the University of Craiova - Agriculture, Montanology,Cadastre Series \"","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133229195","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Most of the species producing mycotoxins are filamentous ascomycetes, basidiomycetes or deuteromycetes. Aspergillus, Fusarium and Penicillium are the most important types. By analysing the proportion of different types of fungi in the 7 analysed forage samples, we found that 100% of the samples were contaminated with Aspergillus spp., 57,14% with Penicillium spp, 42,85% with Cladosporium spp. And Mucor spp., 44,28% with Rhizopus spp. The Aspergillus and Penicillium species were found on maize grains and sunflower seeds. There were 7x103 of them per forage gram. In general, we isolated more than 50 fungi species from the cereal seeds. It is worth to note that barley, sunflower meal and peas had fungal contamination of 2x103, 2x103 and 1x103 per forage gram and they respect the maximum limits of 5x103 colonies per forage gram.The great effect of 100% of the Aspergillus species and of 57,14% of the Penicillium species, both of them having mycotoxigenic potential, suggests that these forage samples should be further researched due to the natural presence of mycotoxins","PeriodicalId":234572,"journal":{"name":"\"Annals of the University of Craiova - Agriculture, Montanology,Cadastre Series \"","volume":"207 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114968680","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims at assessing the time variability of the thermal regime during dormant season, between 1961-2021, in the Hills of Craiova vineyard and its potential implications on the grapevine, especially regarding its acclimation to cold and its vulnerability to frost. When mineral fertilizers are not available or are too expensive, compost is the most important source to provide plant nutrients and adjust soil condition. Many people today appreciate compost as a natural source of nutrients and humus. The paper will present the partial results obtained in a research project in which a biohumus loosening plant was based and built. The use of the biohumus loosening plant aims to adjust the natural decomposition process, ensure good conditions for the composting process, especially air (oxygen), water, and a good composition of the material introduced into the piles, and monitor them for get a quality product.","PeriodicalId":234572,"journal":{"name":"\"Annals of the University of Craiova - Agriculture, Montanology,Cadastre Series \"","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114801943","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
