Qiu","doi":"10.3866/pku.dxhx201911018","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3866/pku.dxhx201911018","url":null,"abstract":": A new teaching model, micro-teaching, is proposed in era of information, and the new teaching design philosophy focusing on the features and the present situation of inorganic chemistry laboratory teaching, micro class platform was built by using WeChat public account to assist the classroom teaching. It solved the problem of the inorganic chemistry laboratory teaching, such as the safety training, students’ preview, more contents but less lecture time, limited resource of experimental reagents, lack of the protection from toxic reagents. Through micro-teaching, experimental content diversification and demonstration operation visualization were realized. In this paper, NaClO-TEMPO-TBAB catalytic oxidation reaction was used to replace chromic acid oxidation reaction, avoiding concentrated sulfuric acid and chromium-containing waste. As the strategic supporting department for innovative talent cultivation in agriculture and forestry major, we are facing a long-term challenge in reforming the teaching mode for basic course-organic chemistry and cultivating talented students with solid basic knowledge and strong sense of innovation. Herein a thorough survey was performing to establish the executable teaching programs for this course during the “Double-First Class Universities Plan” period. A multidimensional teaching resource library for organic chemistry course was also constructed. The new classroom teaching mode “Interest cultivation-Creative thought developmentAutonomous and Cooperative learning”, along with a stepwise practice teaching mode “Foundation skills-Integrated application-Innovative trial” was proposed and practiced among thirty-five majors including agriculture, forestry and veterinary, to improve the quality for innovative talent cultivation and support our first-class discipline construction. Based on the logical relationship, the teaching design of the main content of analytical chemistry is carried out. In teaching practice, twice as much can be accomplished with half the effort with deep thinking and effective use of the progressive logical relationship inside and between chapters, and focusing on combing the main line of knowledge points. Then, the teaching difficulty can be effectively reduced and the students' learning interest and the teaching effect can be improved.
