The obtained concentrations of hydrochloric acid are 0.1049 mol∙L −1 and 0.1052 mol∙L −1 , respectively. Then based on the statistical test of the data, it was revealed that there are significant differences between the two. Through the combination of online and offline teaching modes, the course which integrates safety training, virtual simulation learning, safety assessment and access certification has been established, and a three-dimensional, systematic and linked safety access information management system has also been established. It serves as an effective carrier for universities to carry out laboratory safety education and assessment. The students' safety values, the safety awareness of environmental protection, and the efficiency of experimental safety training are improved by the developing of the blended teaching mode, which has a positive effect on diversified and standardized safety education system. Key Word: Blended learning; Chemistry laboratory safety; Curriculum construction; Virtual chemistry experiment 化学实验室是化学人才培养和科学研究的重要基地,实验中会用到多种化学品以及和压力、电 气相关的设备,并产生成分复杂的化学废弃物,因此实验室安全教育受到越来越多高校的重视[1–3]。 2015 年教育部化学类专业教学指导委员会制定的《化学类专业本科教学质量国家标准》,明确要求 学生掌握化学实验基本技能的同时还要具有安全意识、环保意识和可持续发展理念[4]。 当前高校的实验室安全与环保教学体系还不够健全、实验安全环境和条件建设不到位、学生自 大 学 化 学 Univ. In this experiment, Zn-mediated allylation of an ( R )- N - tert -butanesulfinyl imine is performed using different conditions of solvent and additive. The reactions give both diastereomers in good yields and in various diastereomeric ratio ( dr ), which is determined by 1 H, 19 F NMR spectroscopy and chiral HPLC. Overall, this experiment can be carried out with readily accessible reagents under mild conditions, and be finished within limited laboratory time. The first AIE molecule was reported in 2001. Since then, various of AIE molecules were developed successively, which were widely applied in fields of photoelectric materials, fluorescence chemosensors and bioimaging, etc . Salicylaldehyde azine is a classic AIE molecule with the merits of simple synthesis and intense luminescence. In this comprehensive experiment, the precursor salicylaldehyde is first synthesized using Reimer-Tiemann reaction. Then it reacts with azine to obtain the AIE molecule of salicylaldehyde azine. Through the experiment, students will practice the synthetic method of Reimer-Tiemann reaction and grasp the origination of AIE characteristics of salicylaldehyde azine. How to ensure the safety and temporary storage of these hazardous wastes during campus hours has become an important part of the laboratory safety management and environmental protection work. We manage the hazardous waste by classification according to its different natures. We have also optimized the structure of the cabinet for temporary storage of hazardous chemical waste. The VOCs volatilized in the temporary storage environment were monitored, and the purification test of the polluted gas was carried out by using the titanium dioxide nanowire photocatalyst.
