In this case report, a 64-year-old male with known COPD, smoking and alcohol abuse developed three stereotyped episodes of dysarthria and left hemiparesis. He was treated with dual antiplatelet therapy and IV thrombolysis which was associated with a termination of symptom fluctuation. Several bias tools are available, which are specific and depend on the study design. There are four overall categories of bias: selection bias, information bias, reporting bias, and other bias. This review summarises bias assessment in randomised controlled trials, cohort studies, and systematic reviews. Assessment of bias can be used at any point in the research process, not only for published research articles. The resemblance to epilepsy makes FS difficult to diagnose. In this case report, we present a 4-year-old boy suffering from FS. Elimination of seizures was reported after 4 years with 7 normal EEGs, 1 normal MRI of the cerebrum, several inefficient anticonvulsives, numerous pediatric in- and outpatient treatment, and family-based treatment. In this article, we focus on patients suffering from Parkinsons disease and atypical parkinsonism and the different onset and character of urinary symptoms in both groups. A diagnostic approach in primary health care, possible behavioral changes, and types of oral treatments are discussed. In the second trimester there is a risk of life-threatening rupture. Women with prior salpingectomy seem to be at increased risk. This case report is about a 30-year-old woman with previous salpingectomy presented with a live interstitial pregnancy, confirmed via ultrasound in the first trimester. She underwent laparoscopic surgery due to the risk of rupture. Benign ovarian cysts, BRCA 1/2 mutation carriers, genetic conditions such as Turner syndrome and Fragile X mutation carriers, and even a low ovarian reserve of unknown origin are examples of such conditions. However, the evidence of the advantage of the procedure is sparse in terms of live births. In pregnancy, it can lead to congenital malformations, preterm birth, and intrauterine fetal death. We present a case where fetal death was diagnosed at gestational age 37. First- trimester syphilis screening was negative, but repeated screening in the third trimester detected syphilis infection. Treponema pallidum DNA was detected in amniotic fluid and skin swabs from the fetus; also, the spirochete was found in the placenta indicating transplacental transmission.
