Stopping alcohol consumption before symptoms appear can prevent many liver diseases. Effective alcohol treatment is also cost-effective and can significantly improve liver function. This review suggests that healthcare professionals should identify and treat alcohol problems early, using both pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies. Her complex medication regimen, including antihypertensives and proton pump-inhibitors, complicated the identification of a specific trigger. Positive anti-histone antibodies supported the diagnosis. Treatment with immunosuppressants and discontinuation of suspected drugs led to remission. The first patient presented with lymphadenopathy in the left groin, fever, and night sweats four weeks after a tick bite. The second patient presented with fever and a primary ulcer on the thigh and developed secondary pneumonia a few weeks after multiple mosquito bites. We present three cases of ulceroglandular tularaemia. The patients were diagnosed within the same month and had possibly been exposed to the bacteria in Djursland, Denmark. All patients were treated with antibiotics for weeks. Two patients needed surgical revision of suppurative lymphadenitis before complete remission of their symptoms. Rodents serve as hosts and reservoirs. A significant rise in incidence has been noticed, yet public awareness remains low, as argued in this review. Tick-borne infection is the most common route of transmission in Denmark and usually presents with a necrotic wound and regional adenopathy. Infections can be prolonged and severe. Tularaemia is often mistaken for other infections due to its multifaceted clinical manifestations. The majority are simple benign cysts. Complex cysts must be Bosniak classified and monitored or treated according to the classification. A diagnostic biopsy is recommended for solid tumours between 2 and 4 cm, if clinically relevant. This review finds that both stimulant (first-line drugs) and non-stimulant medications have shown strong evidence in managing the core symptoms of ADHD. The initiation of pharmacological treatment should be conducted by a physician or specialist familiar with ADHD. Follow-up care may be managed by the primary care physician, and the Danish Health Authority recommends biannual check-ups.
