The current study investigated diatoms and dinoflagellates in five Sri Lankan Southern coast locations, focusing on potentially harmful species. A total of twenty-seven diatom species and ten dinoflagellate species were identified during the study. Among them, eight diatom species (Asterionellopsis glacialis, Chaetoceros curvisetus, Chaetoceros lorenzianus, Guinardia flaccida, Leptocylindrus minimus, Nitzschia sp., Proboscia alata and Pseudonitzschia fraudulenta) and three dinoflagellate species (Ceratium fusus, Ceratium furca, and Dinophysis caudata) were identified as potentially harmful species. Specifically, P. fraudulenta related to producing domoic acid, causing Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning (ASP), was recorded in all sampling locations. Potentially harmful species showed a significant correlation with turbidity and total phosphorus levels (p < 0.05). Discerning the occurrence of these species in the region is vital, as the seascape under investigation is in anthropogenic pressure with many sea routes. Even though bloom conditions were not observable during the study period, the risk of transporting microalgae to many different locations and the possibility of bloom formations cannot be ignored. As a country surrounded by the ocean, the results demonstrated the importance of continuous monitoring of potentially HA and regulating maritime and land-based activities, covering a broader area to identify and manage potential threats to the Indian Ocean. Methods. Field studies were conducted during 2016-2020 in the National Scientific Center "Institute of Farming of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine" (northern part of the Forest-steppe of Ukraine, Chabany settlement, Kiev-Svyatoshinsky district of Kyiv region). Area of the sowing plot was 30 m2, control plot - 25 m². Repetition of experience four times. Technology of cultivation of perennial grasses and their mixtures was generally accepted. Nitrogen fertilizers in the form of ammonium nitrate containing 34% of active substance, phosphorus as simple superphosphate (18.7%) and potassium as potassium chloride (60%) were applied annually in early spring according to the experimental scheme. Liming was carried out by the lime application under pre-sowing cultivation during perennial grass sowing in a dose of 5 t/ha. Seeds of perennial legume grasses were inoculated with the strains of nodule bacteria, according to the technological instructions, immediately before the sowing. Dry weight content was determined by thermostatic weight method at 105 °C. Green mass yield was accounted by weight method, by weighing with subsequent recalculation of yield from 1 ha of dry weight. Results. The productivity of monogenic sowings of perennial leguminous grasses and their mixtures with awnless bromegrass in the variant without fertilization varied within the range of 5.12-8.38 tons, which is 1.7-2.5 times higher compared to the cereal grass stand which was formed from monogenic sowings of awnless bromegrass, for the five years on the average and for the yield from 1 ha of dry weight. The highest productivity and the level of accumulation of symbiotic nitrogen (191-266 kg/ha) were obtained in agrocenoses with alfalfa and the lowest one - with meadow clover. \u0000 \u0000Key words: perennial leguminous grasses, bacterial preparations, organic grassland, productivity, dry mass, liming \u0000 \u0000 \u0000References \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Damborg, V.K., Stodkilde, L., Jensen, S.K.,Weisbjerg, M.R. Stetsenko
Apart from making farmers adapt agricultural technologies to new, more arid conditions in order to obtain sustainable and high yields, global climate change is also known to alter the pathogenicity of plant pathogens, the biological cycle of which is tightly associated with environmental factors. One of the most common diseases of winter wheat is brown leaf rust, caused by Puccinia recondita Rob. ex Desm. f. sp. tritici. In terms of its harmfulness and prevalence among other leaf and stem diseases, brown leaf rust is comparable to yellow and stem rust, septoria leaf blotch and other leaves blotches. Under arid conditions of the Southern Steppe of Ukraine, the disease manifests itself once every five years provided that sufficient moisture, indicated by the hydro-thermal index above 1.0, is present during the spring and summer vegetation periods. The main factor influencing the intensity of pathogen development is moisture supply from April to June (ΣTP> 50 mm). In 2019, the amount of precipitation during this period was 194 mm, which led to the disease development at the level of 18.4% with a spread of 27.2%. Productivity of winter wheat varieties such as Antonivka, Blago and Maria was reduced by 10.8-11.3%, when infected in the phase of milk grain stage (stages 73-77 on the BBCH scale), while net photosynthesis productivity decreased by 14.2-14.3%, which translates to lower average yields of 2.3-3.1 t/ha. To maximize the productive potential of varieties and effectively control the development of the causative agent of brown leaf rust in winter wheat under favourable conditions for epiphytic development, the application of systemic fungicides with long-term protective effect imparted by the chemical group of triazoles (Colossal e.c., 1.0 l/ha ) is recommended in stages 69-71 on the BBCH scale. This provides not only reliable crop protection (Eff.: 77.9-82.0%), but also yields at the level of 3.3 - 4.6 t/ha, depending on the variety under non-irrigated conditions. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: Diseases; Pathogen; Protection; Leaves; Moisture; Yield \u0000 \u0000 \u0000References \u0000 \u0000Bolton, Melvin, D., Kolmer, James, A., Garvin, David, F. Studies on the diagnosis of alveococcosis in humans were conducted in the branch of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Scientific-practical center of sanitary-epidemiological examination and monitoring", Kostanay, in 2010-2019. To determine the degree of invasion by alveococcosis, a pathoanatomic autopsy was performed on captured mouse-like rodents in the territory of the Kostanay region, where cases of human alveococcosis were registered. The incidence among the population of various age groups in the region was analyzed based on the results of blood samples by enzyme immunoassay (ELISA) and liver ultrasound. It is established that alveococcosis is a common disease among people living not only in the Kostanay region but also in the Republic of Kazakhstan in general. The main definitive hosts in the development cycle of the pathogen infestation on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan are foxes and dogs, intermediate hosts – 18 species of rodents, and for humans, alveococcosis is one of the most dangerous helminthic diseases, since in most cases it leads to death. Alveococcosis can be attributed to particularly dangerous infestations since the foci of infestation are formed not only in anthropogenic zones where the pathogen can devastate but also in natural biocenoses, where the main sources of the pathogen's spread in the external environment are foxes (Vulpes) and corsac foxes (Vulpes corsac). The maximum number of cases of alveococcosis in 2018-2020 was registered in intermediate hosts – mouse-like rodents, like common vole Microtus arvalis, the extent of A. multilocularis invasion was 3.1-3.5%. Based on the comparative analysis of the epizootic and epidemiological situation of alveococcosis in the territory of the Kostanay region, it should be noted that the risk of infection of the population with alveococcosis persists in all areas of the region.

There were found a decrease in vitamin E to 3.9 ± 0.16 μg/ml, an increase in urea to 6.4 ± 0.24 mmol/l, alkaline phosphatase to 120.7 ± 5.24 U/l, urea nitrogen to 12.3 ± 0.46 mg/ 100 ml and aspartate aminotransferase up to 137.8 ± 10.45 IU/l in cows that were culled or left infertile throughout the lactation period. These data may indicate an overload of the compensatory reactions of the enzymatic and oxidative systems of the liver in cows with defective rumen digestion. There was also persistent hyperproteinemia with compensated oxidative stress due to a decrease in zinc and vitamin E content in cows fertilized 60-120 days compared with those fertilized six months and later after calving. \u0000 \u0000Key words: cows, postpartum period, homeostasis, fertilization, culling, time of fertilization, productivity

We used 2128 units of adult hungry ixodid ticks and 10 units of vegetation samples, collected from March 2018 to September 2020 in Zaporizhzhia (large industrial city, southeastern Ukraine). The samples were examined for the content of Cd, Pb, and Ca by the spectrometer with inductively coupled plasma series ICP-OES (Shimadzu). We also used the method of determining the locomotor activity for ticks’ behavior study. Our results demonstrated that the concentration of toxic elements in the ticks enlarges along with the content of these elements in the ground litter (r = 0.98). Analyzed the calcium content in the body of ixodid ticks, we clustered them in two groups according to the element susceptibility. Two–way analysis of variances regards cadmium and calcium accumulation in the body of Ixodid ticks proved the dependence of calcium content in ticks on the habitat degree of cadmium accumulation (P = 44.90, 0.0001, ANOVA). We suggested that the high industrialization level of industrial cities directly affect the ecology of Ixodid ticks, which, in turn, could cause the susceptibility of ticks to the pathogens.

This importance is manifested in the legislative sphere, when the legislator in the formulation and adoption of new procedural rules is based on a system of principles in order to avoid contradictions and conflicts; law enforcement area, in the case of filling gaps by applying the analogy of law; scientific (doctrinal) sphere, allowing scientists to use the system of principles in the arsenal of tools that define the boundaries of proposed changes, innovations, excluding absurd, controversial, unjustified proposals. The system of principles is not static, but is constantly transforming under the influence of various factors. Our study examines the transformation of the system of judicial principles under the influence of such factors as the 1950 Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and the rulings of the European Court of Human Rights. The forms of transformation of the system of procedural principles in order to achieve compliance with the requirements of modern society, law and state are highlighted. It is indicated the legislative expansion of the scope of a number of principles that existed in legal proceedings, but do not manifest themselves to the extent that meets the standards of the Convention, as well as the change of the content, content, contextual meaning of the previously existing principle, including its terminological designation. As an example, the principle of procedural equality and the adversarial principle can be mentioned. We proposed to level out the effect of those procedural principles, which do not fit into the system of the Convention norms, as they were typical only for civil proceedings of the Soviet period. This group of principles can include the principle of legal certainty, the principle of procedural economy, the principle of good faith management of procedural rights.

However, the possibility of its use is significantly limited, since the existing natural strains of this microorganism have rather low productivity that negatively influences the cost of the substance and the possible volumes of its industrial production. At the same time, the commercial use of overproducing strains is also very problematic, since they secrete a large number of metabolites suppressing both the growth of microbial culture and the biosynthesis of a target product. A possible way to solve the problem includes the addition of adsorbents to a fermentation medium for the binding of excess metabolites. In this study, five different selective adsorbing resins, DIAION™ HP20, DIAION™ HP21, DIAION™ HP 20SS, Chromolite, and LPS-500 were tested to provide optimal conditions for the rapamycin biosynthesis by the earlier developed highly-active S. hygroscopicus strain VKM Ac-2737D. The experiments were performed in a 15-L bioreactor using the optimized fermentation medium developed earlier and supplemented with the tested resins. The highest rapamycin yield (1420±5 mg/L) was obtained using a Chromolite 15AD2 adsorbing resin; this result exceeds the earlier obtained yield by 11.4%. The sorptive capacity of this resin was 92% that may significantly facilitate the processes of rapamycin isolation and purification under industrial conditions. The results of the study may be of certain interest for the further scaling-up of the industrial rapamycin production.
