Assessment is objective from one side of the lecturer based on students' performance attending theoretical lectures and learning experiences on campus. PLO needs to be updated according to the progress of the times continuously. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the completeness of the alumni of the study program in achieving PLO contextually when they became PE teachers at school. This descriptive research data collection uses a survey method to 73 PE teachers with essential characteristics consisting of graduation period, gender, school status, school accreditation, teacher experience, employment status, teacher level of education, amount of teaching hours, school level. Closed questionnaires were used as research instruments prepared based on the PLO applicable in the curriculum of the study program. Data analysis used percentage, chi-square, and spearman correlation. The results show that four PLOs (PLO-6, 7, 9, 10) are influenced by the variable of teacher teaching experience. The correlation that occurs is negative. That is, the longer the teaching experience, the more incomplete the PLO required. So it can be concluded that the PLO curriculum of the study program must be upgraded according to the needs of PE teachers while carrying out their duties at school.","PeriodicalId":233775,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Joint Conference on Arts and Humanities 2021 (IJCAH 2021)","volume":"76 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127238959","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

When the Prime Minister made an announcement of the Movement Control Order as a preventive step, consumer’s behavior has rapidly changed where e-commerce become their main preference to shop their basic necessities. Thus, the online platform needs to make some reasonable steps to ensure all the sellers comply with the requirement of fitness for the purpose of the product bought by the buyer. This paper highlights the principles of fitness for purpose of goods in Section 16 (1) (a) of Malaysian Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the consequence of the breach based on systematic literature review. This paper also investigates the application of implied terms as to the fitness for purpose of goods in online platforms using the content analysis method. Some tips in buying goods through the online platform and the suggestions to the online platforms to ensure the practice is consistent with the current law in Malaysia are also included in this paper. However, learning activities must continue. One solution from the government is to implement a policy of learning from home or online learning. Even though learning is online, educational institutions are still trying to meet learning objectives, so monitoring and evaluating online learning is essential. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online learning monitoring and evaluation in the Accounting Study Program Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Negeri Surabaya. The research method is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The sampling method was purposive sampling with respondents as many as 358 students in charge of subjects in the Bachelor Accounting study program Faculty Economics and Business Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Data collection was carried out using a google form survey. The study results indicate that implementing online learning monitoring and evaluation in the Accounting Study Program Faculty Economics and Business Universitas Negeri Surabaya is still less effective. This is indicated by the overall level of student participation who fills in the new monitoring link of 39.08% of all respondents. Students still need to be activated to fill in the lecture monitoring link so that the results can be used as material for evaluating the learning process. The learning process must be evaluated for continuous improvement and ensure that online learning can still achieve the expected learning objectives.","PeriodicalId":233775,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Joint Conference on Arts and Humanities 2021 (IJCAH 2021)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130149751","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aimed to examine the effects of a living area on motor coordination, cardiorespiratory fitness levels, and Agility. We also investigated the relationship between motor coordination, cardiorespiratory fitness, and Agility in urban-rural children. School children aged 10 to 11 years participated in this study. Of these participants, 100 were urban children (Male=47, Female=53), and the other 100 were rural children (Male=48, Female=52). Gross motor coordination was measured by using Körperkoordinations Test für Kinder. A single test (1000 meters run) was used to measure cardiorespiratory fitness levels, while Agility was measured using a shuttle run test. Urban-rural differences were calculated by using an independent sample t-test. There were significant differences in motor coordination and cardiorespiratory fitness between urban and rural children (p< 0.05), but there were no significant differences in their Agility. Urban children showed lower gross motor coordination (74.15 ± 10.67) than rural children (81.03 ± 8.62). Cardiorespiratory fitness of rural children (7:07 ± 1.06) was better than urban children (8:13 ± 1.57). Agility between urban (12.78 ± 1.38 s) and rural (12.80 ± 1.11 s) were almost similar. Statistical analysis showed a positive relationship between motor coordination, cardiorespiratory fitness, and Agility in both groups. Living areas affect motor coordination and cardiorespiratory fitness, but not Agility in children.","PeriodicalId":233775,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Joint Conference on Arts and Humanities 2021 (IJCAH 2021)","volume":"65 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132982323","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research aims to differentiate the physiological variables in distinguishing man fitness status without physical tests. The subjects of the examination amounted to 60 men aged 17-23 years old. The physiological parameters were age, weight, height, resting heart rate, blood glucose level, blood pressure, and VO2max, a bio-motoric component, measured by cooper protocol, running for 2.4 km. Subsequently, seven physiological and bio-motoric segments were analyzed using discriminant analysis. The result showed that resting heart rate and weight are strongly correlated with individual fitness. Discriminant analysis applying a stepwise method demonstrated that resting heart rate and weight were included in the fitness component formula. Furthermore, discriminant analysis results prove that 59.57 (98.3%) discriminant formulas can distinguish male fitness status. Fitness is an essential indicator in monitoring health. Concerning this, it is imperative to increase public awareness to regularly monitor their health status by assessing fitness status without having to do a physical test.","PeriodicalId":233775,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Joint Conference on Arts and Humanities 2021 (IJCAH 2021)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121174621","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It refers to an online literary magazine published in 2000 and in 2005. Since its popularity, many scholars and writers use it to describe various literatures. However, the availability of the magazine as primary early internet literature data has lack recorded and preserved by archivist. Even though Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine (IAWM) archived the website, its important information is uncovered and may only available in short time. Concerning its significance data as literary heritage and internet literary history, this paper aims to describe cybersastra.net as literary material to be preserved as Indonesian internet literary artefacts. The archiving process involves metadata preparation, annotations, and categorization. The preservation in digital archiving methods requires computer assistance to speed up and simplify the process of metadata, categorization, and data storage. Seven methods had been applied into research, namely: 1) data determination, 2) data collection, 3) data conversion, 4) data filtering, 5) categorization, 6) data storage, and 7) representation.
