However, the COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted normal operations, particularly impacting the Secretariat of the PPSDMP Agency of the Ministry of Agriculture. As public servants, they must navigate through increased workloads due to limitations imposed by the pandemic. Employees' work discipline has faced challenges as health concerns take precedence, contributing to a shift to a work-from-home system, unfamiliar to many. This study investigates the impact of Workload, Work Discipline, and the Work From Home System on Employee Performance during the pandemic. Utilizing primary data from 110 employees through questionnaires, the analysis, employing multiple linear regression in SPSS 25.0, indicates a positive and significant effect of Workload, Work Discipline, and the Work From Home System on Employee Performance. The study suggests that government agencies should prioritize these factors to enhance employee performance, recommending adjustments in workload and reinforcing work discipline amidst the ongoing challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The primary data source for this research consists of questionnaires distributed to 94 respondents affiliated with the Brantas Abipraya Employee Cooperative (KKBA). The sampling technique employed is non-probability sampling, specifically axial sampling, where data is collected from encountered sampling units. Data analysis involves multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t-statistics, with the results processed in SPSS 23 to examine regression coefficients. Employing a combination of case study and survey methodologies, our research seeks to not only enhance theoretical insights but also contribute practical understandings to support MSMEs in their pursuit of digital transformation. The data analysis method uses inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and uses the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26.0 program. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the variables Job Training (X1), Physical Work Environment (X2), and Work Discipline (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). The findings from the partial survey indicate that leadership transformation, HR quality, and work discipline all exhibit positive effects on employee performance, contributing significantly to their overall effectiveness. This study serves as a valuable reference and input for enhancing the quality of human resources at PT Pegadaian Galeri 24. It suggests that improving employee performance can be achieved by focusing on refining leadership, HR quality, and work discipline. Employing an associative research approach, the research incorporates qualitative data processed quantitatively. The primary data source is obtained through purposive sampling, involving a population of 100 individuals with a 95% significance level and a standard deviation of 25%. The findings reveal that flexible working space exerts a positive and significant influence on designer performance. Additionally, flexible working hours demonstrate a positive and significant impact on designer performance. Moreover, self-efficacy is found to positively and significantly affect designer performance. These insights are derived from the analysis of data through multiple linear regression techniques, utilizing the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Program version 25. In conclusion, this research underscores the pivotal role of flexible working conditions and self-efficacy in enhancing the performance of interior designers. The research method used was an analytic survey with a cross-sectional research design. From the results of the study, it was found that the significance value of leadership was 0.004 < 0.05 and T arithmetic was 2.979 > T table (1.990), the significance value of the non-physical work environment was 0.005 < 0.05 and T calculated was 2.863 > T table (1.990) and the motivation significance value was 0.042 < 0.05 and T count of 2.071 > T table (1.990) so it can be concluded that there is an influence between leadership, non-physical non-work environment, and motivation with employee performance. The data analysis employed inferential analysis using multiple linear regression. The findings of the multiple linear regression analysis revealed that Work Discipline (X1) exhibits a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Similarly, the Compensation variable (X2) positively and significantly influences employee performance, as does Motivation (X3). These results suggest that improvements in work discipline, compensation, and motivation can enhance the performance of employees at PT. Main Creation Synthesis. The implications of this study emphasize the potential for employees at PT. Main Creation Synthesis to enhance their performance by fostering a strong work discipline, providing fair compensation, and promoting motivational factors. The population of this study is all personnel of the Biro SDM Polda Metro Jaya with a total of 155 personnel. The sample was taken using the simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 112 respondents. In this study using primary data in the form of questionnaires that have been distributed to 155 respondets. The results of this research were processed and analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS Version 22 program. The results of this study show that the work environment, compensation, and motivation at the HR Bureau Polda Metro jaya together have a positive and significant effect on personnel performance.
