This research was aims to analyze the application of a matrix structure in a company that changes its organizational structure to a matrix in order to achieve its strategic goals. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive analysis method with a case study approach at a health institution, a company that has implemented a matrix organizational structure for three years. The CIPP concept framework (context input, process, product) was used as a tool for collecting primary data through in-depth interviews with the board of directors and management that supports several directorates, as well as secondary data through document review. The data analysis process was carried out using the content analysis method. This study has identified important steps that organizations must take when implementing change management initiatives through the implementation of a matrix organizational structure to effectively achieve their strategic goals. However, strong leadership must be present throughout the change process to ensure the achievement of organizational goals. Data was collected through observation and questionnaires at the State Civil Apparatus at the West Sulawesi Provincial Government with a sample of 341 people. The data was analyzed with a quantitative approach, descriptive statistical data analysis techniques, and Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. This study found that human resource management positively and significantly influences work ethic. However, human resource management has a negative but insignificant effect on innovation. It was also found that work ethic has a positive and significant impact on innovation and that human resource management has a positive and significant effect on innovation when mediated by work ethic at the West Sulawesi Provincial Government office. The Regional Apparatus of West Sulawesi Province is expected to optimize human resource management to increase the quality of public service innovation provided to customers. It must be able to implement various dimensions of human resources management more optimally so that a more positive work ethic spirit will be realized, resulting in better public services. Innovation is a significant variable to be improved so that various innovation efforts will encourage learning public service products that increasingly provide comfort to the people who become customers. Jayapura district also implements local content of the local language. This study aims to evaluate the Local Language Learning Program in Jayapura District. This research was evaluative research with CIPP model and using a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used was Miles and Huberman. The formulation of the problem in this study was that the Regional Language Local Content Learning program in Jayapura Regency has been running since 2022 and, in fact, faces various obstacles; for this reason, it is necessary to conduct a thorough evaluation research on this program. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by means of interviews, documentation studies, and observations. The results obtained in this study include in the context dimension, it is found that the local language local content program in Jayapura Regency was implemented quite well. In the input dimension, this program is also in the sufficient category. The process dimension in this study is also in the sufficient category. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the application and factors affecting the implementation of occupational health and environmental safety management systems at dr. Zainal Abidin Regional General Hospital, Meuraxa Hospital and Banda Aceh Mother and Child Hospital. The data collection technique uses a mix method that combines quantitative and qualitative data with sequential explanatory strategies. The legal basis is Permenkes No. 66 of 2016, and the data was analyzed using the Likert scale method points 1-5 through SPSS version 26. The results of research at RSUDZA, RSIA, and RSUDM Banda Aceh show that the application of SMK3 is good to very good. However, there are several inhibiting factors that need to be considered by the hospital in order to improve the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) at RSUDZA, RSIA, and RSUDM Banda Aceh, some improvements can be recommended. First, RSUDZA needs to ensure the stability of K3 field officers and improve the marking of K3 signs. In addition, the unification of the drug room with pharmacy employees must be separated to be more effective. RSIA needs to obtain budget for ceiling repairs so as to block various small dirt falling from roof gaps, avoid splashing rainwater falling through the roof insulators or regulators of heat and cold coming from the roof, roof frame covers to make the space neater and cleaner, sound dampers, both generated by rainwater and other sounds and rearrange the right material placement. RSUDM needs to overcome solid waste piles, improve the marking of K3 rooms, and improve the arrangement of parking areas. In addition, it is important to hire additional security personnel in the ER. The method used in this study is normative juridical research with a research approach in the form of a normative approach. The result of this study is that direct involvement between perpetrators, victims, and communities in solving criminal cases is emphasized in the restorative justice approach. Criminal acts involving traffic accidents can be resolved in accordance with the principles of restorative justice. Because it serves the interests of victims and perpetrators based on two perspectives (victims and perpetrators) in terms of accident crimes, the use of restorative justice is essential. The application of restorative justice in solving criminal cases that prioritizes the interests of victims and perpetrators in finding solutions to crimes and their consequences has been outlined in a circular issued by the Indonesian National Police. The traditional dynamic between local communities and their governments in fighting crime can be changed by the use of restorative justice in cases involving accidents. Customary institutions are still often used in Sorong City by local communities to resolve conflicts, but Law No. 22/2009 on Traffic and Road Transport has stipulated the threat of criminal penalties for those responsible for traffic accidents. The problems in this paper are: How is the Legal Sociology Study of the Effectiveness of Rabies Transmission Prevention Regulations, and How is the Legal Protection of Rabies Victims in Bali Causing the Death of Toddlers from a Legal Sociology Perspective? The research method used is Juridical-Empirical. The results showed that the toddler's parents were negligent in the case discussed because the wound was considered small and safe. Hence, the patient (family) was negligent and did not report to the health facility for further treatment. This qualitative study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The articles studied totaled fifty domestic and foreign articles from ten data sources regarding the HyFlex learning model. Data analysis was carried out using Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques. The research results found that 86% of the 50 research articles reviewed were the implementation of HyFlex at the higher education or university level. Apart from that, this research also analyzes the management of HyFlex implementation based on Terry's management function theory, namely the planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling (POAC) functions. The findings also discuss the challenges experienced during the implementation of HyFlex, which consisted of technology problems, lack of student involvement, increased teacher workload, difficulty dividing attention among students, lack of guidance, and stress. Of these six challenges, this study also discusses the solutions taken to overcome these problems.
