Noticing that a convergence of the Markov chain to an invariant distribution is possible even for an inhomogeneous one, we propose a new method using the inhomogeneous Markov chain Monte Carlo for the genetic algorithm. In this method we separate solutions to an object and a supporter. The former is the solution that should converge to the invariant distribution, while the latter is used for keeping a diversity of solutions. After presenting experiments for convergences in our method, we apply this method for the optimization for the deceptive problem and the binary quadratic programming problem. By experimental results we confirm that it is quite effective for the optimization.","PeriodicalId":233396,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Information, Communication and Engineering (ICICE)","volume":"69 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123846611","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, with the development and popularization of digital technology, art design industry is increasingly reliant upon the digital tools. Should art design put more emphasis on Techniques or Tao? The present thesis argues that Techniques can promote but not surmount Tao, and Techniques can reach the level of Tao but never replace it. Only when Techniques and Tao complement each other, can art be perfectly integrated with technology, and art works be possessed of both visual impacts and artistic connotation.","PeriodicalId":233396,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Information, Communication and Engineering (ICICE)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126666327","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Usually RCS is calculated either through complex mathematical modeling or direct measurement. This paper presents a simple-computation RCS model for Micropower Impulse radar (MIR) to predict RCS, which can be used as a first step to narrow down design selection and design requirement, before embarking on costly direct measurement or complex modeling at the very beginning of the design process. This RCS model is based on radiated power, effective aperture of the receiving port, and receiver's electronic circuitry. The model, in this study, presents an accuracy of 91%, verified by a commercially available MIR system.","PeriodicalId":233396,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Information, Communication and Engineering (ICICE)","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116202665","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Technological innovation promotes the development of the modern clothing design industry. At present, the effect on fashion design brought by computer has become increasingly prominent and fashion design industry gradually realized the transformation from the “traditional” design to the “technological, informationized, digital and efficient” design. Fashion design based on the digital technology platform has long been a trend in the industry. This paper explores the transformation and innovations of traditional fashion design based on the digital technology platform, and puts forward that human's thinking is flexible and the designing style will change when the design thinking changes. The paper makes an in-depth exploration on the potential driving force of digital information technology behind the change of fashion design thinking, finding that the changes of fashion design methods depend on the constantly updated digital technology platform. This paper also proposes that changes in fashion design promote the appearance of the new design concept. The formation of new design concept is mainly reflected in the fact that the designers' values are changed due to the changes of creation way, which leads to new creative concept, aesthetic concept and visual expectation.","PeriodicalId":233396,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Information, Communication and Engineering (ICICE)","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127643683","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Firstly, use a one-dimensional cloud model to describe five individual properties and generate multidimensional property Trust assessment cloud. Then introduce time decay factor to analyze business credit history information from its average and rate of change. This establishes corresponding cloud credibility, risks of cloud, and whole property description system multidimensional attribute cloud. Finally, by comparing the similarities of the two cloud model evaluation results, we can obtain the experimental results which show this model worked feasible, effective, and provided users with a more intuitive and effective trust decisions.","PeriodicalId":233396,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Information, Communication and Engineering (ICICE)","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115072242","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
