The Study of Design Strategy of Railway Wasteland Landscape Regeneration Based on Ecological Design Concept

Abstract

In the urbanization, a mass of railways is abandoned or idle. This brings a series of problem for environment and society. Based on 2 representative railway parks as the study object, with case analyzing measure, to analyze on historical background, landscape features and design strategy. With a conclusion of the upgraded strategy construction measure based from abandoned railways landscape, including local plants protection and using, water pollution and re-suing, soil repairing, wasted material reusing. All these are providing reference for current abandoned railways ecology landscape construction.
