The paper analyzes not only the hardware structure of the device which mainly consists of a sweep generator based on DDS+AGC, an attenuation circuit, a peak detection circuit with compensation, the control unit based on FPGA, a display module by VGA and a serial transmission mode with the capacity of anti-jamming, but also the design of the control unit and the terminal unit based on FPGA. The device was realized and debugged in the end. Through the debugging, it shows that the design features a frequency band range up to 20Mhz, output level which is stable and adjustable, and a remote mode with transmission distant of 1.5 meter. Integrating appropriately advanced hardware and software to conduct regular and preventive maintenance for buildings' and their internal facilities' effectiveness, functionality and service operations, and meet the needs and comfort of users via the most economical maintenance management process is an urgent demand for current building technology development. The development and application of Building Information Model (BIM) technology have covered the life cycle of building, also includes the maintenance management section. However, the domestic and foreign cases are mostly used in the design or construction stage, as well as large-scale or public construction. Not only the residential space for most people use every day is few related research, but Taiwan's common small-scale residential building is without any discussion. Even the relevant requirements of basic maintenance needs are no in-depth study. Therefore, this study will be aimed at the maintenance management of small-scale residential buildings to summarize and analyze the maintenance needs through questionnaires and interviews when the construction industry faces the owners' requests. This results in stagnant and poorly ventilated indoor environments, as well as environmental issues such as poor indoor air quality. Present solutions for the ventilation of indoor environments are generally based on the installation of air conditioning equipment. However, the operation of air conditioners consumes large quantities of electricity, which creates high electrical costs for building management units. Furthermore, the operation of air conditioners is also associated with a variety of economic and environmental quality issues. In this work, we developed an active wind tracking system for building ventilation. In this system, wind speed and direction are measured and transmitted to a control system that controls the adjustable roof openings developed in this study. These openings are then pointed towards the wind using a set of interlinked equipment to draw airflow indoors, thus improving the air quality of indoor environments. Cold spring Including low temperature and rich in free carbon dioxide. Because the hot springs and cold spring characteristics are different and need for heating or cooling before soaking. Heating and cooling action of hot spring water quality of the situation is also different. Therefore, this study explores the relationship between water quality and temperature. In this study, four kind of cold springs were selected to temperature test. After heated the spring water, then let the springs cool down naturally. the test process at the same time measuring water quality changes. Draw relationship curves to observe the correlation between water temperature and water quality changes. The results show that the total dissolved solids (TDS) show a continuous increase during the test, which is the main factor affecting the cooling rate of hot spring. Conductivity is positively correlated with temperature, pH increased, free carbon dioxide decreases, oxidation reduction potential is higher with the reduction of the test process. Suao cold spring heating temperature exceed 50 °C, the free carbon dioxide value will drop below 500 ppm. In this case, it is necessary to effectively prevent data from being stolen through the authority management. In the past years, some chief medical institutions start to apply e-database system to store and collect medical information, including patients' personal data and medical confidential information. Aiming at patient's electronic medical record data, the greatest advantage of mobile agents is the use. In the virtual network, we can legally collect patients' medical information in various medical institutions and share patient's information among medical institutions. Furthermore, public key cryptosystem and Lagrange interpolation are utilized for proposing a key management and data access mechanism to effectively maintain the confidentiality and security of medical information sharing. With the constraint for specific users to acquire the decryption key for encrypted data at a specific time, the mechanism proposed in this study can largely enhance the difficulty for illegal users or external attackers to steal secret keys. The construction of such a model involves first integrating expert opinions on crisis management in high schools, then confirming priorities of crisis management items using Interpretive Structural Model(ISM) as a research tool, and finally combing quality management concepts of six sigma of Define(D), Measure(M), Analyze(A), Improve(I), and Control(C). A campus crisis management hierarchy was thus established and presented by means of diagrams in the current study. The driving circuit framework of a piezoelectric actuator consisted of three major levels, which were phase, power, and resonance. Previously, analogous phase shifters were used in the split-phase circuit; in this study, a digital circuit was used instead. Bridge inverters are mainly used in power stage circuits and include half-bridge inverters and full-bridge inverters. In this study, a half-bridge inverter was used in a power stage amplification circuit. With regard to the resonance level, an LC series resonant and parallel load circuit was applied due to its structural simplicity, low cost, low electromagnetic interference, control signal feedback, and quick response. The service provider can collect the user's behavior pattern through the mobile application, and then gather a large number of groups with the same attributes. For provider, online advertising is the important sources of income. However, there seems to be a lack of mobile advertising effectiveness on indoor positioning, due to the fact that it hasn't widely used at present. This study will use the exhibition field space as the subject of indoor navigation test, and sum up its hierarchical structure by the expert group interviews, and then use analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine assessment weights.
