Abstract

There are rich mining and metallurgy heritage in Huangshi District, which are seriously damaged because of natural and man-made factors. The traditional form of protection cannot fully represent all the contents of the site, but it can be reproduced and spread vividly and visually by means of VR technology. This paper takes east open pit of Daye iron mine in Huangshi as an example, collects data through field investigation, collects information by panoramic camera, uses three-dimensional software for modeling and production, and protects it in interactive digital method through VRP unreal engines. VR虚拟现实技术在黄石矿业遗产保护中的应用研究
