摘要

本研究旨在建构一套专为台湾高中而设计的危机管理模式,以因应目前高中校园危机管理的实际需求。该模型的构建首先需要整合高中危机管理专家的意见,然后以解释结构模型(ISM)为研究工具,确定危机管理项目的优先级,最后将定义(D)、测量(M)、分析(a)、改进(I)和控制(C)的六西格玛质量管理概念进行梳理。因此,本研究建立了校园危机管理层级,并以图表的形式呈现。希望在遇到重大安全事件时,校方能够从所提出的模型中得到明确的借鉴,从而满足高中校园危机管理的实际需求。
