Some of them are aimed at improving the performance of their offline activities, while others specialize in online activities. As a result, it becomes increasingly difficult to purchase quality goods at the optimal price, and if you take into account the presence of big brands with huge budgets and capabilities, the use of some channels to attract buyers becomes at least ineffective. Given the large amount of \"advertising noise\", business entities increasingly turn to guerilla marketing methods in order to attract the attention of as many consumers as possible. The concept of guerrilla marketing includes a set of various innovative advertising tools aimed at obtaining a large effect with a small budget. Given the fact that these tools are increasingly used by practitioners, there is almost no scientific discussion about this concept. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to study the effectiveness of the use of guerilla marketing methods by modern enterprises, as well as to follow current trends in this direction. To achieve the outlined goal, the authors used the fundamental provisions of economic theory, the theory of economic intermediation, and the modern concept of marketing. This work describes the evolution of guerilla marketing as an attempt to attract the attention of recipients for relatively low costs using the effect of surprise. \"Guerrilla\" marketing campaigns are activities that go beyond the generally accepted methods and means of advertising communications and product promotion. \"Guerrilla\" marketing is based on psychological influence on the consumer's subconscious. Specialists claim that our reticular activating system, which acts as a filter for our perception, can be reprogrammed, which is exactly what subliminal marketing does. The model of the interaction of perceptions, feelings, behavior, and thoughts is based on the assumption that thoughts affect all the remaining elements of the model, including, and behavior. With the help of rare statistical data, an attempt is made to demonstrate the economic effectiveness of the use of guerilla marketing techniques in the activities of business entities and directions for further research in this direction are also outlined.","PeriodicalId":232891,"journal":{"name":"Economic scope","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135649339","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thus, having an economic origin, poverty is a much broader phenomenon. It has been established that poverty is a multidimensional concept that includes different facets and has different ways of manifestation. The global trends in the spread of poverty and the peculiarities of this phenomenon in Ukraine are highlighted. The countries were considered by the level of GDP per capita. The concept of extreme poverty is considered as a type of poverty, which is known as the condition of a family or an individual who has a number of disadvantages that prevent them from participating in all social activities of the community. It is established that according to the United Nations (UN), this type of poverty is the most serious state of poverty, the term extreme poverty is used to denote a person who cannot meet his basic needs, in particular, in the sense of needs consisting of food, drink water, sleep at home, and access to education and health. A critical analysis of the level of extreme poverty in the countries of the world according to the data of the World Bank was carried out. A critical analysis of the dynamics and current state of the growth of the problem of poverty and deterioration of the level of kindness in Ukraine in connection with a full-scale war with a terrorist country has been carried out. The relationship between the shadow economy and the well-being of the population of Ukraine in the context of ensuring national security is characterized. The necessity of improving the state policy of detinization, which will comprehensively combine the solution of the main problems of the state on the path of post-war reconstruction, including improving the welfare of the population of Ukraine, is outlined.","PeriodicalId":232891,"journal":{"name":"Economic scope","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135650313","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is shown that, despite the fact that competitiveness is one of the key economic terms and despite the existence of a large number of scientific studies on competitiveness, today there is no generally accepted definition of this term. It is argued that the most common approach to the interpretation of competitiveness at the enterprise level is the analysis of existing competitive advantages, but there are discrepancies in the methods of their accounting and ranking. The expediency of applying competitive analysis, which consists in assessing the level of competition in a certain market for the purpose of substantiating business decisions, is substantiated. Today, the term \"competitiveness\" is used in different perspectives, as scientists put different concepts into its essence. It is shown that in the economic literature one can find three approaches to understanding the term \"enterprise competitiveness\". The first approach is based on an analysis of the internal and external activities of the enterprise without mentioning products or goods. The second approach is based only on the study of the product, that is, the competitiveness of a company is considered as its ability to produce a competitive product or service. The third approach combines the commodity and production activities of the company. It is shown that the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises is often determined by the methods provided for large companies, which is not justified, since SMEs differ in their organizational structure, forms of cooperation with the environment, management systems and ways of competing with other companies. Competitiveness can belong to different levels of aggregation: supranational, national, regional, local, industrial, sectoral, as well as individual companies. It was argued that given the fact that a single conceptual approach to the economic substantiation of the term \"competitiveness\" has not yet been developed, there is currently no single methodology for comprehensive quantitative assessment of the competitiveness of an enterprise, the need for which is becoming increasingly urgent.","PeriodicalId":232891,"journal":{"name":"Economic scope","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135649479","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These transformative processes have significantly changed the accounting, management, and marketing practices of individual entrepreneurs. Since the formation of scalability effects in sustainability aspects, these processes have not only become more efficient, accessible, and innovative but also contribute to a deeper sustainable development. This is achieved through increased efficiency, enhanced economic growth, preservation of natural resources, and support for social stability in business operations. The article arm is to identify the characteristics of sustainable entrepreneurship based on an analysis of the trends in changes in accounting, management, and marketing at regional and global levels. To achieve this objective, research methods such as analysis, synthesis, and a general comparison of digital accounting, management, and marketing changes were employed. Results have demonstrated that the transformation of entrepreneurship and the digitization of accounting, management, and marketing are interconnected. Components work together to facilitate the transition of entrepreneurs towards conventional success, primarily economic success. In a sustainable entrepreneurship context, the concept of success extends far beyond the conventional definition. Consequently, each digital accounting, management, and marketing process highlights specific sustainability aspects. When these aspects are integrated and manifested collectively, they lead to success in the context of sustainable development, inherently linked to economic, environmental, and social progress. The legal principles of regulation of pipeline transport activity are summarized. It has been established that the legislation on pipeline transport regulates relations at all stages of its creation and operation, establishing guarantees for the safety of life and health of the population, ensuring the protection of the natural environment and national wealth of Ukraine from possible negative effects during the operation of objects of this type of transport. Legal objects of transportation by pipeline transport have been identified. The spheres of economic relations in the field of pipeline transport, the principles of implementation of state policy, forms of ownership of its objects in general and special cases in the context of Ukraine's ratification of the Protocol on Ukraine's Accession to the Treaty on the Establishment of the Energy Community are summarized. State management bodies in the field of pipeline transport, their powers are systematized. It is shown that the entities contributing to the allocation of land for its facilities have the priority right to supply pipeline transport products. The peculiarities of the management of pipeline transport facilities in terms of interaction with each other, as well as with the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Headquarters of the Civil Defense of Ukraine have been determined. The purpose of state control in the field of pipeline transport, carried out by state administration and local self-government bodies, as well as the content of the operational activities of pipeline transport entities is defined. The content of the legal liability of violators of the legislation of Ukraine on pipeline transport and the reasons for its occurrence are summarized. The article focuses on the fact that communal property is the main source of forming the resource potential of territorial communities, and therefore, the effectiveness of its management determines the level of their favorability. Under these conditions, local self-government bodies are faced with the question of choosing the optimal toolkit for communal property management to ensure procedural socio-economic development of the community. Analytical support plays an important role in this process. The author summarizes scientific approaches to the analytical support of management of communal property objects and outlines directions for improving this process. The article states that the informatization of the communal property management process based on the use of appropriate software allows for the search, allocation and formation of information arrays, which will serve as an information base for identifying alternatives for management decisions in this area. In the process of managing communal property, local self-government bodies can use various tools, namely: transfer property for permanent or temporary use to legal entities and individuals, lease or concession, sell and buy; use property as collateral; to resolve the issue of property alienation (privatization), etc. The correct choice of tools also determines the effectiveness of its use. The modern practice of the functioning of territorial communities indicates the presence of problems in the field of communal property management, which relate to the transfer of property to sublease, the holding of an auction, the use of objects of unfinished construction, sale, privatization, and others. Analytical support for communal property management will allow you to keep records of property, monitor the condition of communally owned objects, and track how efficiently leased property is used. At the same time, the use of modern forecasting methods will allow the local self-government body to choose the way to use the property from the point of view of the income that the community will be able to receive from its use. In this way, analytical support for the management of communal property will contribute to increasing the efficiency of its use and obtaining additional revenues for the local budget.","PeriodicalId":232891,"journal":{"name":"Economic scope","volume":"276 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135649480","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The relevance of this study is the need to find ways to improve the social protection of vulnerable sections of the population of Ukraine, who suffered as a result of active military operations on the territory of Ukraine. The research methodology is based on general scientific methods such as analysis and synthesis, which are used to evaluate the main social indicators and draw conclusions about the current state of social protection in the regions of Ukraine. Also, the research in the article was carried out on the basis of the abstract-logical method, according to which proposals are presented and conclusions are drawn regarding the further development of the regional social protection policy. The result of the scientific research of this article is the argumentation that in modern conditions the policy of social protection at the regional level is carried out within the framework of the decentralized model of providing social services in Ukraine. The article shows the advantages of the decentralized model compared to the centralized one and proves that the regional aspect of social protection of vulnerable population groups enables direct contact between recipients and providers of social services, which is an indisputable advantage. The practical value of the article is the substantiation of further ways of development of the regional social protection policy in Ukraine within the perspective model of the organization of providing social services. It is shown that the basis of this model should be the functioning of executive authorities at the regional level, which should perform the corresponding functions assigned to them within the framework of the implementation of social protection policy tasks at the regional level. In particular, we are talking about organizational, monitoring, coordination, analytical, informational, controlling and financing functions. It is concluded that the implementation of the social protection policy at the regional level within the framework of the decentralization implemented in Ukraine is intended to demonstrate better results than the centralized model of the implementation of social protection, taking into account the high level of corruption in the Ukrainian state, as well as significant bureaucratic requirements for carrying out certain operations in the sphere social protection.","PeriodicalId":232891,"journal":{"name":"Economic scope","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135649010","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
