Nikitin","doi":"10.1109/APEDE.2016.7878853","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/APEDE.2016.7878853","url":null,"abstract":"The application of the voltage converter for the broadband microwave voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) is considered in this paper. Special attention is paid to additional phase noises of VCO by called use of the diode voltage converter. Studies showed, that at analysis frequencies more than 10 kHz additional phase noise spectral density can be reduced due to decrease of the converter load resistor value. On low analysis frequencies (less than 1 kHz) reduction of diodes number, used in converter, decreases an additional phase noise. For reduction of a phase noise at these frequencies it is necessary to use diodes with the low level of the flicker noise. The relationship between the main functional and operating properties of coatings spraying technology parameters such as arc current, spraying distance and dispersion of sprayed material was studied. The results of examination of the physic-mechanical and gas vacuum properties of plasma coating are presented and the effect of the most important spraying parameters on these coatings is studied. The investigation were carried out on a wide range of plasma-sprayed coatings from powder. production under different technological spraying conditions. The morphology of the individual sprayed nano-sized coating elements was shown. The results are used as a basis for developing, selecting and efficient application into production of optimum technologies of plasma treatment of materials. The comparative characteristic arrays receivers of foreign production. The paper shows the application of a new type of high-speed multi-element thermal sensors based on VOx films with internal memory mode to monitor energy parameters of laser radiation. This development is in the process of the mosaic arrangement of heat detector on the receiving receiver site. The thickness of the heat-sensitive layer on the basis of VOx film was 60 nm as an dielectric substrate, a mica ST-1 40 micron thick. On the basis of experimental data, it has been designed electron-optical system with a sheet CNT cathode with linear convergence of 6,25, and with the beam current density of 4,46 A/cm2. The thickness of the beam in the interaction space is 0,16 mm. During the heat treatment of solid dielectrics in microwave field significant temperature-deformations can occur in them. For processes such as drying of ceramics, for example, the occurrence of thermal deformations and cracks unacceptable. Considered program mathematical moderating the heating process of multilayer dielectric in a microwave chamber of the radial type. The dielectric acts polymer clay. Analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the drying process of polymer clay in a microwave field. The linear regions are obtained when the first harmonics of current and velocity between cathode and anode are increasing proportionally with increasing of harmonic in start points. For two cases of modulation in start points — modulation of current and modulation of velocity — numerical results were compared with analytical solution founded using linear approximation. The theoretical distribution laws (Gauss, Pearson, etc.) are considered as mathematical models of production errors. This principle allows linearization of transient characteristics «regulating pilot — output voltage» of pulse-width convertors. In the article obtained the expressions for determining the sequence of discrete samples, forming a functional scan reference signal. The functional scan is necessary for the linearization of the transfer characteristics of the PWM inverter DC voltage step-up type.
