It provides technique and the technical decision on the selection of the effective parameters of the signal for the suppression of corrosion processes. On the basis of the experimentally obtained values of the corrosion current having a casual look and complex evolution, based on nonlinear dynamics model, it is possible to distinguish between deterministic chaos of the stochastic process. A comparative analysis of the scheme takes into account the efficiency of limitation of the input signal, the circuit complexity of construction, structural performance, easy setup. A comparison of the waveform, the test stops, leads to the conclusion that the most effective stop is symmetrical amplifier circuit — limiter on the two transistors. The design of the direct drive traction to the rotor of wheel-motor on the axle and the stator, suspended from the bogie frame does not contain parts subject to wear, where to ensure the sustainability of the current switching converter, a correction that takes into account the movement of the wheelset relative to the bogie frame. It identified a number of requirements for such a drive structure. The results of studies on the accelerated curing of polymer composite pipes with diameter of 2000 mm, thickness of 36 mm at a temperature of +200°C and at anelectromagnetic field frequency oscillation of 2450 MHz and the output microwave power of 115 kW in a beam-type microwave device are given. The temperature deviation from the nominal value on the outer surface of the pipe is absent, and in the thickness of pipe does not exceed 5°C.
