The investigation were carried out on a wide range of plasma-sprayed coatings from powder. production under different technological spraying conditions. The morphology of the individual sprayed nano-sized coating elements was shown. The results are used as a basis for developing, selecting and efficient application into production of optimum technologies of plasma treatment of materials. Abstract

In this work we studied properties of nano structures electro-plasma powder titanium coatings which are widely used in the manufacture of electronic devices.
