The mediating effect accounted for 32.23% of the total effect. Coping with adaptive ability can reduce the positive reinforcement effect of uncertainty in illness on psychological stress response through emotional and behavioral response pathways. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Conclusions \u0000Uncertainty in illness can directly or indirectly affect the psychological stress response of by responding to coping with adaptive ability. Participants in the control group received exercise training, while the study group carried out early cardiac rehabilitation program. The cardiac function, activity of daily living and exercise endurance were compared in both groups before and 1 week after intervention, in addition, the patient`s quality of life and the incidence of adverse cardiac events were also compared before and 6 months after intervention. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000After 1 week of intervention, the value of LVEF, LVDD, scores of activity of daily living and 6MWT were (56.74 ± 8.92)%, (49.29 ± 5.09)mm, (76.00 ± 5.95) and (378.12 ± 48.54)m in the study group, those index were (52.10 ± 7.44)%, (48.47 ± 4.04)mm, (72.93 ± 6.51), (355.69 ± 46.36)m in the control group, the LVEF, scores of activity of daily living and 6MWT were significantly increased in the study group compared to the control group (t=0.878-2.792, P<0.05). After 6 months of intervention, the scores physical function, role-physical, bodily pain, general health, vitality, social function, role-emotional, mental health were [(75.14 ± 12.15), (56.38 ± 7.65), (68.79 ± 6.65), (68.48 ± 10.91), (80.82 ± 7.12), (66.44 ± 9.61), (77.75 ± 13.05), (77.07 ± 8.46)] and [(72.70 ± 10.97), (52.05 ± 5.61), (62.07 ± 5.51), (65.76 ± 8.45), (78.33 ± 8.71), (65.20 ± 6.84), (72.53 ± 9.66), (75.49 ± 5.76)] in the study group and control group, respectively. The scores of role-physical, bodily pain, role-emotional were significantly increased in the study group compared to the control group (t=2.248-3.448, P<0.05). Delphi method was used in two rounds of consultation among 21 experts. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000The positive coefficient was 100%, authority coefficient was 0.839,0.901, and the coefficients of concordance were 0.317,0.335. Participants in the control group received routine nursing, while the intervention group carried out clinical nursing pathway nursing method. The renal index such as serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, urine β2 microglobulin, N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosidase (NAG) were compared before and after intervention between two groups, the incidence of CIN were also compared. Meanwhile, the psychology status and sleep quality was assessed by self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI), respectively. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000The 3rd day after the operation, serum creatinine, serum urea nitrogen, urine β2 microglobulin, NAG in the intervention group and control group were (81.06±15.60) μmol/L, (9.43 ± 2.73) mmol/L, (256.87 ± 18.99) μg/L, (19.56 ± 2.44) U/L and (87.87 ± 19.60) μmol/L, (10.55 ± 2.18) mmol/L, (270.45 ± 40.85) μg/L, (20.60 ± 2.13) U/L, respectively. The levels of serum creatinine, serum urea nitrogen, urine β2 microglobulin, NAG were significantly increased in the intervention group compared to the control group (t=2.087-2.464, P<0.05). The incidence of CIN in the intervention group were 3.4% (2/59) and 13.6% (8/59) in the control group, the differences had statistical significance (χ2=3.933, P<0.05). Gan, Xia Chun, Jingxiang Ma, Tian Li, Wan-hua Liang, Lian-Hua Liu","doi":"10.3760/CMA.J.CN211501-20191003-02784","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3760/CMA.J.CN211501-20191003-02784","url":null,"abstract":"Objective \u0000To summarize the clinical nursing experience of oxygenation (ECMO) adjuvant therapy in children with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) caused by severe adenovirus pneumonia. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Method \u0000The clinical data of 20 children with severe adenovirus pneumonia complicated with ARDS who received ECMO in our hospital from April 2017 to May 2019, including general conditions, pre-treatment, complications and prognosis, were retrospectively analyzed. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000The primary disease of 20 patients was severe adenovirus pneumonia, and the average duration of ECMO treatment was [247.50(152.00,296.75)] hours. After treatment, 12 (12/20) patients successfully escaped from ECMO, 11 (11/20) patients died, and 9 (9/20) died. Complications occurred in 17 (17/20) patients with ECMO treatment. After discharge from the hospital for six months to two years, 9 patients with good quality of life, social function, normal mental development, 2 patients with ischemia and hypoxia brain damage, in the hospital or family continued rehabilitation exercise. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Conclusions \u0000Children with severe adenovirus pneumonia combined with ARDS are critically ill. When other treatments are ineffective, ECMO treatment can provide cardiopulmonary support for children with reversible cardiopulmonary failure, but the complications are numerous and serious. The combined effect of the effect sage factors of quality of life in children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes and 95% CI were gender 0.31 (0.20-0.42), age 0.22 (0.08-0.36), age of onset 0.07 (0.01 - 0.12), and whether it was an only child 0.62 (0.33 - 0.91), household annual income - 0.45 (-0.66 -- 0.24), blood sugar control 0.66 (0.50 - 0.82), number of insulin injections per day -0.22 (-0.39 --0.04), HbA1c0.39 (0.33 - 0.46). \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Conclusion \u0000Gender, age, age of onset, household annual income, blood sugar control, number of insulin injections per day, HbA1c were the main factors affecting the quality of life of children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes.
