It has been found that in Hungary adult education is being conducted to ensure literacy in accordance with market requirements and economic development of the country. The Hungarian Association for Adult Learning has been set up in Hungary, which plays an important role in professional supervision and job satisfaction, as well as in the development of vocational training legislation. The country is characterized by decentralization of education management of unoccupied citizens. On the basis of the concept: the state system of vocational training, retraining and retraining of the unemployed population; the concept of adult education in the EU countries programs for the adult population. Higher education in Hungary is represented by more than 20 educational institutions: universities and institutes (colleges). Denmark's adult education system is an extensive network of private, community, municipal and state organizations and institutions offering a wide range of informal and formal, professional and non-professional education programs that are governed by relevant legislation. The Danish adult education task is to support world trends that promote the nation's prosperity: the development of innovative processes and the improvement of the quality of education; increasing the flexibility and responsibility of schools to adult students. The adult education in Denmark, funded by the state, can be divided into three components: liberal (Free) adult education (popular higher schools, home economics schools, evening schools, day schools); general education of adults (adult education centers, language centers, evening high schools of secondary education); professionally oriented education and adult education (labor training center, production schools, vocational schools, social and medical schools, etc.). A system of grants (scholarships) was created to support gifted students. Some universities and other institutions of higher education provide their own scholarships. Much attention in the country is paid to the education of adults, which is carried out in the form of general secondary schools courses, vocational training courses. The state's care of providing all kinds of services in the education system of the adult population contributes to Denmark's high achievements in economic development. Support of quality of professional training is done within the context of effective management of pedagogical systems. To assess quality of professional training it is reasonable to reasonable to use method of blocks decompositions, visualization criteria, personal and physical development criteria, dynamic and process compenents, statistical process data. {"title":"Peculiarities of professional training of future sports and physical education teachers in Austria during post war period","authors":"O. As a result of the study, the social, educational, scientific prerequisites for its development were clarified. The peculiarities of structural and organizational development of vocational education of specialists in physical education in Austria have been considered. The content and volume of the scientific, theoretical and professional, practical training of future teachers of physical culture in the institutes of physical education according to the curricula of 1946/1947 have been presented. It is determined that the process of professional training of teachers in physical culture and sports in Austria in the post-war period was conducted in specially founded institutes of physical education. An integral part of the professional training of specialists in physical education in the Austrian institutions was practical training, aimed at acquiring and improving methodological and technical skills in various sports and their training. In the process of organizing the professional training of specialists in physical education according to the curricula, the priority was given to those types of sports and physical exercises that were practiced within the school physical education. In addition, elective courses were offered in order to realize the individual abilities and preferences of students. The peculiarities of professional education of specialists of physical education in that period in Austria are also revealed. They are such as unity and interconnection of various training cycles, theoretical, methodological, sport, and technical ones. It has been considered as the basis for the formation of a comprehensive professional skills of the future teacher of physical culture and sports; the logic and sequence of structuring and grouping of training courses in order to ensure the continuous development of a comprehensive system of knowledge, skills and abilities of a specialist in physical education. The prerequisites of emergence of the Central Commission for Assistance to Children in Ukraine during the period under research were social-economical problems in the country, a large number of homeless children and inability of the state to provide all children with care and education. The article depicts the structure of the CCAC, as well as the directions of activities of the Central Commission for Assistance to Children as for elimination of child homelessness in Ukraine in 1932-1933. These directions were the maintenance of different children’s institutions (orphanages of various types, agricultural colonies and workshops, night lodging, canteens, consultations, milk distribution points, nursery schools, agricultural colonies); conducting health-improving, agricultural and other campaigns; provision of subsidies to the departments of national education and health care departments; re-evacuation of children to the places they were from; organization of child nutrition (providing children with food rations, arranging the supply of products to children’s institutions and special stores); patronage of children; providing children with individual assistance; employment of teenagers etc. The sources of funds to the Central Commission for Assistance to Children were donations of population, patent fee and licensing fee, state subsidies, income from businesses of the CCAC. The article depicts the peculiarities of holding children’s campaigns by it. The main trends in the development of means and methods of armed struggle are oriented towards the model of the graduate of a military institution of higher education of an integral nature. The method of determination of the content of training of the cadets is developed, the essence of which is based on the analysis of the prospects of the development of means of armed struggle, their combat application, established the main activities of future officers of rocket-artillery armament: organizational and combat, technical and operational, administrative and managerial. The competency model has been designed in which the goals, content and results of the training of military specialists are interrelated with the consideration of dynamic changes in professional activity and are not limited to a narrow professional sphere of application. The model includes basic personal qualities, systematically formed universal skills and abilities and allows more qualitative and scientific approach to the definition of the military component of the educational standard, qualification requirements and curricula for training engineers. The most effective technologies in the training of future officers of rocket-artillery armament are modular rating education, distance learning, problem-based learning, project technology. It has been established that it is advisable to use problem tasks in the classes in the disciplines of vocational training. The problems of increasing the efficiency of professional activity of future officers of rocket-artillery armament are outlined: automation of missile strike and artillery fire control processes; timely intelligence of enemy objects in the interests of rocket troops and artillery; ensuring the increase of the range of artillery fire, the power of their ammunition; an increase in the proportion of high-precision munitions, etc.","PeriodicalId":229671,"journal":{"name":"Scientific papers of Berdiansk State Pedagogical University. The test tasks for checking the English listening competence at each of the stages of working with audio text are introduced. Computer tests are offered to improve students’ listening skills and abilities. Various computer exercises are used to check, assess and evaluate lexical and grammatical skills, language and semantic anticipation, understanding of a gist, details and specific information of the text. The stages of working with a listening text (pre-listening, while-listening and post-listening) are provided. The analysis of the “Hot Potatoes” software is given. The following types of computer exercises: multiple choice, multi-select, gap-filling, matching, crossword and jumbled-sentence are described and elaborated. A certain computer exercise is used at a certain stage to check and assess a particular skill or ability. The most widely spread Kagan Structures are also described and elaborated, which can be effectively used for developing speaking skills at the foreign language lesson. Kagan Structures give students the opportunity to practice communicating with others while engaging in assignments that are meant to improve their speaking skills in the target language. Moreover, Kagan Structures develop good cooperative skills, which include the skills such as how to listen actively, how to explain yourself in a clear and concise manner, how to effectively ask others for clarifications, how to persuade your groupmates and how to resolve conflicts.
