The quality assurance of professional training of future master of secondary education in physical culture as a pedagogical problem

Abstract

Primary factors that guarantee quality of education are professional training of teachers, educational and methodological support of educational process, available system of control and assessment of teaching, students’ level of knowledge, application of modern educational technologies in educational process, engagement of teachers and students in scientific and research activity, correspondence of curricula with present-day demands, appropriate material and technical support of educational process, available academic references that meet present-day demands, application of materials of sociologic and other research, education orientation on the formation of social qualities of a contemporary specialist, stimulation of students’ work, contacts with leading foreign specialists. Support of quality of professional training is done within the context of effective management of pedagogical systems. To assess quality of professional training it is reasonable to reasonable to use method of blocks decompositions, visualization criteria, personal and physical development criteria, dynamic and process compenents, statistical process data. In order to guarantee quality of professional training of future masters, aims and tasks of master-level pedagogical process need to be changed from transmission of information to creation of a special educational environment for the development of professionalism of a future teacher, integrative character of master-level studies, orientation not on formation of knowledge, but on formation of students’ key competences, actualization of tasks of professional education, personal and Серія: Педагогічні науки. – Вип.3. – Бердянськ : БДПУ, 2018. – 312 с. Support of the quality of professional training at graduate level is done via improvement of organization of master students’ self-preparatory work, search of optimal forms of organization of scientific and research work at graduate level and its informational, human resources, material and technical support, improvement of level of masters’ theoretical training.
