Maslii","doi":"10.31494/2412-9208-2018-1-234-242","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"The role of the competence approach in the preparation of future officers of rocket-artillery armament is determined, which is integrated with the components of qualification requirements for such specialists, the content of the educational program, modern teaching technologies, develops system-activity principles for the development of educational standards for training, aimed at qualitative training of military specialists, improvement of content of vocational training, the use of innovative technologies in educational process. The main trends in the development of means and methods of armed struggle are oriented towards the model of the graduate of a military institution of higher education of an integral nature. The method of determination of the content of training of the cadets is developed, the essence of which is based on the analysis of the prospects of the development of means of armed struggle, their combat application, established the main activities of future officers of rocket-artillery armament: organizational and combat, technical and operational, administrative and managerial. The competency model has been designed in which the goals, content and results of the training of military specialists are interrelated with the consideration of dynamic changes in professional activity and are not limited to a narrow professional sphere of application. The model includes basic personal qualities, systematically formed universal skills and abilities and allows more qualitative and scientific approach to the definition of the military component of the educational standard, qualification requirements and curricula for training engineers. The most effective technologies in the training of future officers of rocket-artillery armament are modular rating education, distance learning, problem-based learning, project technology. It has been established that it is advisable to use problem tasks in the classes in the disciplines of vocational training. The problems of increasing the efficiency of professional activity of future officers of rocket-artillery armament are outlined: automation of missile strike and artillery fire control processes; timely intelligence of enemy objects in the interests of rocket troops and artillery; ensuring the increase of the range of artillery fire, the power of their ammunition; an increase in the proportion of high-precision munitions, etc.","PeriodicalId":229671,"journal":{"name":"Scientific papers of Berdiansk State Pedagogical University. Abstract
